I have a question....how will the jury be picked in a trial like this oen? I mean, everyone knows about this case..how in the world will they find 12 people who dont?

I could be wrong but it think it was either Carpe or Rob who implied that Casey Anthony's trial could be tried by only a judge for this very reason.

I am not sure about the American legal system but ... is this an option?

seems like George is trying to get Casy out of her car (because of the smell) so that is way he puts her in Cindy's truck and then he follows her so if the pings of both Casey's and his cell phone are in the same area.

Also I wonder if Cindys job has camara's and the have a tape of Cindy's truck being there on the day all this happened.

I was thinking the same thing this morning.  He really wants to get Casey out of her own car at that point in time and there has to be a reason.   What I'd also like to know is, where is he saying Cindy would have been (and what would she have been driving?) in order for Casey to have taken her car without her knowing?   Makes NO sense.

Also, the way he always says "as a matter of fact....." as he adds additional information that sounds like an afterthought seems odd to me.   

George said it was about 5:30-6:00pm....so Cindy would probably been home from work

I always thought it was the defendant's decision to have his/her case heard by a jury or judge.

Yes, it is an option in some cases.
Judge or Jury Trial: Which is Better?

Even if your case is eligible for a jury trial, it's often better to tell it to the judge.

It's really her whole so called plan...everything she has said or done is leading people on wild goose chases. Her so-called plan is to keep everyone running everywhere except to Caylee. I believe Caylee is somewhere where she has no connection, no friends etc... Used all the gas can gas to get there, leaving no traces, didn't take her cell phone etc.... I mean if she drove a couple hours to a place she has no connection to, put her in a dumpster and came back then she has a perfect plan. Were tracing cell phones, looking at the dumpsters or landfills in areas of known connection. Maybe that is why she put her car right next to a dumpster at Amscot. She new they would search the land fill associated with where that trashed was dumped but not one from a town a couple of hours away.
