I think this is all coming from Baez and those he has recently added to his payrole with the purpose of debunking any and all evidence provided by the LE.  At this point Baez is trying at any means to find reasonable doubt in everything that the LE is giving as fact.  This of course is all IMO.

I was hald asleep, but a reporter said she was told by LE that this case is difficult and they still cannot prove that Caylee is dead.  What is up with that???  Is the LE bullshitting these reporters??  Are they planting misinformation??

This makes me nervous - there have been a lot of comments made lately about LE not having enough evidence. I realize they have a lot more than we think they do but I do wonder where these comments are coming from lately.

So this guy's name is Iassen? His interview must have been valuable to LE. It's missing from last documents. I cannot find anything about him, aywhere.

I saw his name mentioned in another person's LE interview, but that's about all I've heard of him. I also wonder if JP Chatt (sp?) has been interviewed. He's the guy who some of us think looks an awful lot like Caylee.

I'm getting so sick of the armchair quarterbacks repeatedly saying that LE doesn't have enough evidence!

Considering the amount that has already been released and the fact that it wasn't even released for her murder trial, I'd say that they have PLENTY.   I feel very strongly that even without a body they'd be able to get a conviction for murder 1. 

Those AntKnees can do and say whatever they want.  Tell the story of the day, make up a few more.   It's not going to do a damn thing to save their cold, calculating, lamebrain daughter from life in prison. 

Sadly, I think the biggest punishment for her will be life without MySpace and Facebook.   What a loser.

Sheriff Beary concurs and ... he had other issues on his agenda.  His words in the media are not encouraging ... his words on NBC.

DOES ANYONE HERE REMEMBER A LASSEN SUBJECT? Lassen lassen, this name is discussed in Chris Stutzes' interview, in relation to Sean Daly. Lassen was listed on Casey's cellphone call list, number saved in memory. I have not seen an interview with this subject yet. The detective appears to have already discussed this subject with Stutz in prelim. interview. This name was being discussed on Gretawire on 9/28.

In Chris Stutz interview he discusses seeing Casey around 6/15 at Scoops at 50 & alafaya. She appeared to be alone. He is not sure about the exact date. Somewhere between 6/15-6/18. The NEXT day she shows up at his home in Tony's jeep & visits for a couple of hours. She is setting up an alibi, a reason for being in that area, that is clear. I cannot find an address for Stutz. Alot of LE interests are in the 50 & alafaya area, it has to be in this same area.

I agree...plus it just stated that she was awarded child support, there is no proof that the father is even paying on this child support.

LMAO. this guy from the Daily BS is ..  the language itself.. whatever. But come on. I don't talk like that to a perfect stranger.  She's pretty good-natured about it, though. She doesn't want money, she doesn't care about the money. She just cares about proving herself. 

OK.. about 42 min in the interview, he starts talking about the paypal account she supposedly set up, for donations.  She said that somebody (Chris Stark? or something) asked her to open up the account, so that she could get help to feed her kids- since now she doesn't have a job.  She's upset that as a mother, she cannot provide for her kids right now (food, clothes for school, etc).  She said it's a choice if somebody wants to help her, and she's not begging anybody for money.  (I don't know if there's a button on her myspace or something. I haven't been to her page in a while)

I wonder what will happen in court?  Casey will sit there and say nothing? The Anthonys will stick by their daughter's story? What..

The Anthonys should go buy her food for what they have done to her. Normally I would say this woman don't deserve anything but for some reason I think she does. I think that she deserves to get $$$ from the Anthonys because Casey did this to her. They are probably at home pigging out on all kinds of food but Zeneida is having a hard time feeding her children because of Casey's lies
