OK TY, I just never read about the 2 guys that would not turn over the pictures.  I guess this is one of the reasons this case is taking so long!

I just saw that for the first time today, myself. I was shocked- first off, that they didn't want to hand over the pictures, and then that their lawyer was lying both to them and to the cops.

Melinda Duckett was not forced to be a guest on Nancy Grace.  She had the freedom to walk out of that interview at any given moment.

All of America know that Nancy Grace asks the hard question.

I would love to see Casey on Nancy Grace, but I dont think she she is smart enough to go up against Nancy and try to prove that she didn't' hurt Caylee.  I also think that Casey is trying to antagonize Nancy so she can get some attention that she craves.

I wonder why Casey hasn't contacted Nancy and try to set the record straight rather than attacking her on her facebook.  To me Casey is a coward who has to hide behind her computer rather than tell Nancy to her face.

I don't know if this was mentioned before but the Zenaida who is suing Casey has 6 children. When she applied for the apartment at SawGrass she listed 2 of her children and the make and model of her car. When the police contacted her about being the "Nanny" it was because Casey gave the police Zenaida's two daughters' names and also the make and model of Zenaida's car.  An exact match.
Zenaida's Lawyer theorizes that either Casey obtained this information from someone who lived/worked at SawGrass or she, herself was able to obtain the information off the application card.

Orange County sheriff's investigators on Thursday released new audio recordings from interviews in the Caylee Anthony case.

The recordings were from interviews with Caylee's uncle, Lee Anthony, and Jesse Grund and Anthony Lazzaro, former boyfriends of Casey Anthony.

Lee Anthony told investigators that his mother, Cindy Anthony, and his sister, Casey Anthony, had an ongoing feud that dated back to before Caylee was born.

In the interview, Lee Anthony described his sister's car, which had been returned to his parents' home July 15 after being found abandoned at an Orange County Amscot and towed to a lot.

"The trunk was open. The windows were rolled down to what I assume ventilate the horrible smell that I had just smelled for the first time," Lee Anthony said.

An investigator asked if the smell "filled up the garage."

"Yeah, it was ... it hit you like a wave. I mean it was -- whatever it was -- it was very potent," Lee Anthony said.

Lee Anthony said his mother grew tired of asking Casey Anthony questions about Caylee's whereabouts and getting no answers.

Lee Anthony said he then sat down alone with his sister.

"What's going on?" Lee Anthony asked Casey Anthony. "That's when she opened up to me and said, 'Mom has thrown it in my face many times before that I'm an unfit mother, and you know, maybe she's right and maybe I am.'"

Lee Anthony told his sister that she needed to start providing answers because their mother threatened to call police.

"The officer is going to say, you know, 'Good evening, Mrs. Anthony. Where's your daughter?' And she says, 'She's with the nanny. She's sleeping.' And again, playing the role of police officer, I say to my sister, 'Great, Mrs. Anthony. That's going to be a relief to everybody. Let's go get her,'" Lee Anthony said.

Lee Anthony also told investigators that his mother and sister were fighting about things other than Caylee.

"They're fighting about this stuff in the past instead of trying to focus on the information that we need to get," Lee Anthony said. "My mom is convinced that my sister holds some kind of resentment to her."

Those two "men" who were taking pictures in FUSIAN that night.. the first pictures we saw of Casey partying while her daughter was missing..  they were on some show. I think either NG or Greta.  Well, according to the documents, they gave the pictures to their attorney, who claimed she would give them to the police. But she didn't, and gave some BS about how she couldn't get the pics from one of the guys, because he had just graduated and then moved. (And it seemed he didn't want to give them to LE).  So LE was going to call in the FBI, when LE happened to catch one of the guys at home. He was cooperative and showed the officer the pictures and burned a disc for him..

I'll try and find the pdf file.. just a sec. (Unless somebody else finds it sooner)

What is the weight of a decomposed body that has leaked all the fluid?
Caylee must have weighted about 30 lbs.
Bodies are 90% water, so that would leave 3 lbs in the bag in the trunk if the fluids leaked out.

I'm 5'2 and 110 tp 115 pounds and i could throw that much weight over my head.I'm not saying she didn't have help doing it..I just i don't think she needed it for that reason. When you have kids your used to lifting their weight playing. I would lift my kids up and say he you go to the moon..They would laugh and this went on to atleast age 3

One piece of info I read which cleared up something was, the guy who towed Casey's car from Amscot was the person who had a bad cold and said he didn't smell anything. It wasn't Mr. Birch (I think that's his name) the guy who walked with George to the car who did say the odor that he did smell was similar to the decomposing body of a guy who committed suicide left in the car.

We know that Cindy and Casey have a long and rocky history of jealousy, competition, shouting matches, accusations, betrayals, and lying to each other.  Once Cindy became so angry that she grabbed Casey by the neck, or so we hear.  Let's just say they had issues, in which one would bring up something about the past and the other would bring up something else.  How does Cindy think that she can salvage this now?  Does she really think that if Casey can get off for his crime, they can live happily ever after?  Any way you slice it, Casey is responsible for Caylee's disappearance.  She either killed her, was negligent and let her die by accident or gave her to someone who has taken her far away.  Cindy KNOWS this is true.  Yet she is lying and lying and lying to the press and the police and the public.  It is disgraceful.  Casey has to be held accountable for what she has done.

Does anyone think at this time Caylee was buried in the back yard?
