It was LE that placed this Zenaida Gonzalez at SawGrass ... Not Casey Anthony ..... correct?

This ZG does not have a Fernandez (hyphen)
                                 a Ford Focus       
                                 a sister Samantha
and does have              children

ALSO this ZG was not identified by photo as the babysitter by Casey

Now having said that ... I know there is no REAL ZFG BUT ... is there enough to successfully win a defamation suit for this ZG?

Casey used Caylee to control her parents!!  Now she is using Caylee whereabouts to control the world!!  I can not wait until she arrested, tried, and convicted.  And if it was premeditated, I am glad FL has the death penality and I pray the DA goes for it!

You know what is so scary.  If someone has a heart attck in front of you and you perform cpr and they die.  You can be sued by the family.   

It seems we have become a very "law suit" type of society!  But in all honesty, I don't blame ZG for going after the Anthonys but her list of ailments because of this was difficult to swallow!

LE records are public property so they are exempt from damages. They are simply public records.
There has to be more that points to this woman besides the Sawgrass information that would give her a case.
Again, I hate that any harm came to her if she is completely innocent.

I agree with you BUT I am asking/saying WHAT are they Lee, CA and GA going to do to get info out of her once she is arrested on "no bond" they will have 0, nada no access to her, she won't say another word she won't talk and they won't be able to do one thing about any of it, they will not have any access to her.  How will they find Caylee, or anyone else for that matter.  I just really believe once the arrest happens and she is behind bars that is it she will shut out the rest of the world and for lack of another word shut down as a person.

I have not read the released cell phone records but ... my understanding is that there was no release document that implied there was cell phone activity on June 17th.

I believe that Leonard Padilla mentioned something to that effect to Nancy Grace.

Casey also referenced the silver car zg was driving..Wrong make but not everyone can tell the make of a car these days..So many cars look a like just little differences that i wouldn't notice anyway
