I know when my husband and I hired a lawyer to gain custody of his kids, During the trial, One of the first things she said to us was I don't want any suprises but I don't want to know anything unethical or illegal either.  She was a very ethical lawyer. (oxymoron) IMO

I got some info that I probably shouldn't have been able to get and I know I was going to get questioned about it.  She wouldn't even let me ask her how to answer that. 

So my feeling is that Baez may have told Casey the same thing. Not because he ethical but he would have a big conflict on his hands if she told him.  IMO

I'm not sure I buy that this is the ex boyfriend of Zenaida and I didn't see the link to Cat Iron or Dante/Annie either (but maybe I missed it)

My theory about the imaginary babysitter and job:

Caylee’s mom quit her job in October/November 2005.  She just didn’t show up on the new employees of Colorvision day.  She was a new mom and felt overworked and underpayed with this responsibility.  There was no way she was going to go do some stupid job where she couldn’t socialize after work with those she managed.  That wasn’t her style.

HOWEVER, she had to maintain the image of her working and going to school and raising a child, so the web weaving began. At the beginning, her friend Lauren babysat (until Lauren realized she was being used) and then her parents were the babysitters at night and on the weekends if she had to *work*.   

So where has she been going during the day or whenever she said she was at work or school?  She went to the local library and used the computer to *work* on ideas for tattoos and lifestyles she wanted to imitate and Myspace/Facebook networking and other important information she needed for this fairytale life she was creating.

When she could get away with it, she went to friends’ houses during the day that thought she worked at night and friends’ houses at night that thought she worked during the day. She took Caylee to the library and to her friends’ houses after she lost her babysitter and Caylee's grandparents were not available. (Oh, and to the tattoo parlor.)

IMO, Zanny the Nanny was created probably spur of the moment after being questioned by Caylee's grandmother.  From then on, whenever anyone asked where Caylee was (really with Caylee’s grandparents, up until June 15, 2008) Caylee's mother would respond with either, “She’s with the nanny,” or when Caylee's grandmother asked (really with her spending the night with friends) “She’s with Zanny.” 

That response improved her image and got her mother off her back.  Caylee’s grandmother did not hear that response very often because she had Caylee most of the time.  It was my impression that Caylee’s grandmother thought Zanny was one of Caylee’s mother’s good friends.  I imagine Caylee’s grandmother once again never imagined she’d be trying to explain to a million people why she had never met Zanny the Nanny.

 But I think Jesses's dad said he heard of Zanny awhile back when he questioned her about finding another babysitter she said she found one named Zanny

Ok, did anybody notice on NG that someone said the Zenaida searches were done on the 16th of July, after she told her mother the kidnapping story.  They said it was either Casey looking it up or Cindy.  So I guess the July 12th search was a mistake.
