Baez is not the brightest crayon in the box.  I am not sure if he really is this stupid or if its being done on purpose so that he is thrown off the case.  If he is thrown off the case would he then be put on the witness list and have to testify against his former client or would the information be concealed as Attorney/Client priveledged information?

Yeah, I heard the same thing, but I use to think that the attorney could only get in trouble if he knows and thens lies to the court, like saying Caylee was kidnapped if he knows she wasn't (perpetrating a fraud on the court).  But on NG they said he is in trouble if he knows where the body is.  Is that true???

I think the laws are really screwed up. If a client confides in you then you should have to be held accountable. You should be charged if the information is withheld.

I don't know much about the laws in Florida, but if Baez is trying to cause a
mistrial can he not be brought before the Bar Association,He seems like such
pootz. Just looking a his face makes me sick, its like he's saying "I know it all"
I feel sorry for all these young guys that have got themselves into this mess
because they were Hot to Trott. I have been driving for 50 years and never run
out of gas, she must have been filling up at stations that didn't have any gas.
