On the Orlando Fox News blog someone posted that Casey had just apologized to everyone on facebook?
Can anyone see her facebook and confirm this?

Now, THAT would surprise the heck out of me.

Okay.....I was thinking about the times that Casey had left messages to friends on MySpace, and I decided to test something out...I live in California and I left a message for my husband's nephew....who lives in New York. I posted the message @ 3:48PM PT....when I looked at his profile the time the comment posted was 2:48 PM! Can some body please explain why this happened, and would that mean that the times Casey's comments were posted would be wrong?
The comment I left:

Does everyone see 2:48 PM as the time?

So I guess that we can assume that the time we see posted for the comments Casey left her friends will be different for everyone, depending on their time zone? So why when I looked at my comment it said:

when here in California it was 3:48 PM?

Knowing what we know about Casey, does this make any logical sense?

I'm obviously on the east coast like your husband's nephew...I see this:

Hey, Happy Belated Birthday! Just wondering when we get to see you as Horton? Take Care!

Most of us use our cell phone for time, these days.  Can't remember the last time I wore a watch.  I doubt that the text messages we've seen for Casey and her contacts would have the wrong time, especially considering they were all in the same area.  I do know that when we travel to another time zone, however, the cell adjusts.

When I posted, my mind was set on text messages for whatever reason, rather than posts Casey & assoc. made on myspace, facebook, etc.  Just wanted to acknowledge my error and your reasoning.

I just wanted to say hello and thank all of you monkeys for doing such a wonderful job.  I have been reading your posts since the case broke and I must say this is the best forum on the web.

I hope something breaks soon....I am just sick over this case and Casey!

Like so many of you, I wish justice for little Caylee.

There has to be some explaination for this, or the times Casey's Comments were posted can't be used to create a timeline?
According to MySpace:

Time Zone:  To make it easier on our users we synched your MySpace time zone to your computer clock. If you need to update your MySpace time, change the time of your computer to update.

That still doesn't explain why when I look at his profile the time is one hour behind and when spanky viewed it it was 4 hours ahead of his/her time zone? I checked my clock on my computer and it is correct and on Pacific Time!

Is it accounting for Daylight Savings?
Yes, it says it's 4:29 PM PST!

No time to catch up right now.

Was there any further developments other than Casey being declared an "official" suspect?

Was the list of witnesses released.

Thank you.

We wish.   They released the witness list and Casey has now been officially declared a suspect.  ZG will be on Nancy Grace tonight.

Those are the only new things that come to mind, but I'm full of cold medicine, so the head isn't quite clear.....

If you are on EST then you are the first to see the correct time...I posted it @ 3:48 PM PST, you are 3 hours ahead making it 6:48 PM EST that the comment was posted.

I am not a friend of Casey on MySpace so I can't compare the comments on her page, can anyone else look at a common post and compare the times they see?

I think LE is smart enough to take these time differences into account.

Have we beat this subject up enough yet?
