Ok showing my ignorance but what is a gag order.  Could that be applied to all witnesses? 

It when no-one involved, witnesses, lawyers, defendants are aloud to discuss the case to the media, etc.  I hope they do not order one.

One plus for Casey when she gets to prison, she states on her MySpace acct. that she is "bi."  I guess that will be one less shocking adjustment to make.

I am in no way attacking Tony, i feel bad for the poor guy!  But i wonder how Casey got his car keys.  I ususally bring my keys when I leave on vacation.  Have to get back in when I get home.  I wonder why his roommats didn't notice or even tell him.

That's a good question.  I haven't looked in the Tony thread for a couple of days but maybe we should ask him, or ask Kristin to ask him?

I was wondering that too and i reread his interview. He must have known she had access to the keys or had an arrangement while he was in new york because she picked him up in the jeep when he returned.

I had forgotten that she picked him up!  So she probably just knew where the keys were and helped herself.

If they order one, that will completely stink!!  When there is a trial, I am going to go and hopefully can get a seat!!  I will have to call someone and they can post the details. lol

Tony said casey picked him up at the airport in his jeep...Maybe she was only supposed to use it for that..I believe it was amy that stated casey didn't have room in her car for everyone's things..I believe jesse is the one that said casey's car was more like a 2 seater

He did ask her about her car when he was in New York and she said her father is getting it fixed.  I guess she failed to mention....But your car is running good.

but even if she had access to them for the sole purpose of picking/dropping him off, she used his vehicle while he was gone without his permission... wouldn't his roommates notice his car wasn't there during some parts of the day? Unless she just used it during when they were out at school and whatnot..

With my car, only a dealer can get duplicate keys... maybe that is the car dealership connection?  Anybody know if they can get car keys made say maybe at Home Depot?

really? I had not heard that.  When did she find the time?
