I have always believed Casey was drugging Caylee when she needed a sitter.  So why would she take her to a party at Fusion instead of drugging her like always?  imo

Babies are like puppies, they attract a lot of attention - the good kind (BTW Boomer Sooner!!!!!!!)

I did not even think of the attention she would get having Caylee around.  It would be sort of like how men take babies and puppies to the park.  (Well the perverted kind..LOL) 
She listed her preference as Bi, so Caylee would help attract both men and women alike.  Tony did say that people liked to be around Caylee as she is a cool kid!

This Michelle Bart isn't the sharpest tool in the shed.  
She states that the Anthony's are looking for Caylee?  Standing at the same publix every day is not getting the word out.  She is right about one thing and the focus needs to be on Caylee, but then again if Casey would just tell the truth about what she did to Caylee and where she put her the people that are really out there searching for this beautiful child can find her.

TES had hundreds of volunteers on the ground eager to search for Caylee and Cindy got out there and told TES to go home.

Us monkeys are much more up on this case than the rest of the viewing public.  If NG would bring her entire audience up to speed she would not have much for future shows.  A little at a time works for her show.

CA would never appear on the show.  Baez would never allow it.  Can you imagine the things that would come out of her mouth

If she truelly is all about the ratings, than this would make for great TV. 

Casey would meet her match IMO.  I am not sure what more she could say to make herself look any worse than she already has in her own testimonies to police. 
I have noticed that Cindy will not show her face on the show anymore.....

I believe  party at Fusion  was on June 13th the fight with Cindy was June 15 that might have changed everything . JMO

This is good news! Baez says it "doesn't matter", but it oh so does. LE is starting to ramp up and they are tightening the screws. It's just a matter of time now... hopefully sooner rather than later.

I have to agree. Lee knows. He can not take a lie detector he will fail. He can not refuse or he alone looks guilty of knowing something. So they all refuse collectively-or LE zero's in on Lee.

Lie detector or not, they WILL all have to be witnesses and a good jury will discern. They will be chewed up by the prosecution.

Does a parent have to testify against their child?

IANAL ..but I believe the only people who do not have to testify against each other are husband and wife.

I am really starting to wonder if Casey will claim that she has multiple personalities, as a defense in this whole mess.  She is on tape doing the things that she says she didn't do.  So is another personality responsible for this and the death of Caylee??????????????????/

Good morning Monkeys !!!
Ok, so everyone here knows about my sister and i will share what i saw .  My sister's body laid on the ground for between 7 - 12 days before she was found.  I went to area afterward and there was a very dark black stain of her body on the ground.  Like you could tell it was her body.  I could even see black stain of her arms and legs.(sorry for being gross, but it is ok for me to talk about. It doesn't bother me).  The coroner would not let me see her body and told me when a body lays in severe heat for that period of time, the clothes become part of the body, so that everything that is on her has to stay with her.  I can tell you more if you want to know, but i dont want to gross anyone out.
My point is.......can you be more specific where you are seeing a stain on the ground???  I dont see it.  Also, the stain in the trunk they talk about must be from Caylee's body.  I dont know why a body leaves a black mark.

Brought this over from the other thread. Abbey,so sorry about your sister, what a terrible thing to go through. I don't see a stain in the mulch, just darker in color just above the guy's head that's on the right in the bottom pic, sorry, don't have the pic now. I know for me, when my mulch looks dry on top, I'll go rake it to get the underside up because I prefer it darker so to me, that mulch in that pic looks disturbed, there is also a guy just above him, more in the bushes with a shovel, it's possible they found something there because I've seen a pic of a woman officer up in the woods and she's holding something, looking at it, I just can't figure out what it is, here's the link for that. Also, this is wierd but I always see faces in cases like this in pictures, look to the man on the left, then right about where his hand is on his hip, follow it to the right, between him and that white line in the pic I see a face, 2 eyes, nose, lips, very eerie, even seems to have a circle around it.
