hey I watched something very sad on Oprah today about a man, Kent whitaker who wrote a book Murder by Family- about his son, Bart Whitaker, who had someone shoot his mom, dad and younger brother (but father did not die) He (bart) was also shot to make it look good.  The family had gone out to dinner to celebrate Bart's graduation from college.  When they came home someone shot the mother, younger brother, dad  and Bart.  Bart and dad lived. 

The police were suspicious of bart immediately when they found out he was not even in school and was not graduating. And was still only freshman after 4 years of supposedly going to college.  They said he was a sociopath and pathological liar, a master manipulator- his parents never suspected.  his father even after the shooting did not believe it could have been his son.  he continued to live with his son for seven months until Bart took off to Mexico when the police were closing in.  Sound familiar.................

he is now on death row awaiting execution.  Anyone see this???

No I did not see this, but I think I want to purchase the book and send it to Cindy!  That is horrible!  That poor man.

She doesn't report her child missing for 31 days.. and the ONLY reason why she reported Caylee missing is because her mom found her and demanded to know where the hell Caylee was. 

She screws up and calls the cops on protesters outside her house, worried about "punks" getting violent- so she is concerned about her parents and her house (or who knows what), and quick to react about that... but NOT about her own child!!

Now she supposedly wants to go out to undisclosed locations to look for her daughter. OMG are you bleeping kidding me?!?!   

If I was the judge, I would ONLY allow this on one condition. That LE takes her (and maybe in some form of restraints).. Not just Baez driving her around.  I want LE on hand to witness her demeanor at these locations, get her train of thought for why she feels the need to search there, etc..   None of this secret "date" with the lawyer crap, where she gets to maybe grab a snack on the way, or run into a friend on the way.  SCREW THAT!!

After studying that map on her movements during the 26 and 27....its no wonder to me why she had to steel gas......GOSH!        Anyway  with all that moving around that early in the morning when she didnt really have  anything to do (go to work.......take care of her child.........school.....)    all that shows me is that she did have something to do that was of the urgency to her.........and Now I know why they are saying that this time frame is a very crusial part of the investigation......

 I didn't see it on Oprah. However I lived in Houston when this happened in a suburb, Sugarland...I think 2003...it was widely covered.....and very shocking
