abbey- yeah, why don't they just shut her myspace down? if somebody here can be banned from facebook for being a supposed "spy" on casey's page, why shouldn't casey have her myspace taken down for threatening people?

I would LOVE to know the answer to that. I think it's sickening about the idea that she could be using Jose's laptop or office computer for this BS.. since there's no way LE could touch it. And why the heck Jose thinks this is all a good idea is beyond me. I mean it just really boggles the mind!!

Life was good, you could walk home by yourself without sexual assault, the ice cream man wasn't some maniacal peddling pedophile, etc.

Yeah.. how sad is that?  last week, these girls walking home from my daughter's school, asked if they could walk with us. They pointed out a car at the stop sign, and said he was a pervert that they've seen before, and called the cops on (or so they said).  I wrote a description of the guy, his car, and his license plate # just in case, and have been looking for him every day since then. 

(It's bad enough that strangers are out to harm kids..  but it's much more sick and disturbing when it's a parent doing it.    )

As for the statement that Cindy won't hand over, it is probably because there are a ton of charges on it, and probably not ONE item that would be bought for a three y.o. girl.

Just a guess. 

Kiah ... what am I missing?  In the process of the investigation why are these important statements not confiscated.  For crying out loud ... Casey used Cindy's credit card in this crucial month.  Casey is an official suspect.  Hey ... is it not something aking to cell phone records.

Something is not right when Cindy has the power to withold these the record of Casey's purchases and ... the interrogato gently chastises ... "Cindy, why are you holding out in regards to the statements?"

I would assume that they would need a subpoena to force her to hand these over, and since Cindy never pressed fraud charges, they may not have enough to require to hand them over?  I'm not sure... my hubby is in Federal LE, but he's out in TN doing an advance for the debates tomorrow night... he always has good answers for questions like this.

Operator: What are you trying to accomplish by bringing them to the station?

Cindy Anthony: I have a 22-year-old person that has um grand theft sitting in my auto with me.

Operator: So the 22-year-old person stole something?

Cindy Anthony: Yes

Operator: Is this a relative?

Cindy Anthony: Yes

Operator: Where did they steal it from?

Cindy Anthony: Um, my car and also money

Operator: OK. Is this your son?

Cindy Anthony: Daughter

Operator: OK, so your daughter stole money from your car?

Cindy Anthony: No. My car was stolen.  We've retrived it, today we found out where it was at. We've retrieved it, I've got that. And I've got affidavits from my banking account. I want to bring her in. I want to press charges.

IF the post has many quotes... look at the coding  cut out what is not needed
a quote starts with a [ quote] and ends with a [ /quote]  w/o the leading blank

O.K.    I asked the question and I got the answer.......It seems to me that I am d**med if I do.....and d**med if I dont ......I dont know why it is a big deal that I know my friend and that I tslk to him.......I will see if when all this is over that he will come in here and talk to everyone or of He will send us a copy of his badge or whatever else he needs to do ......maybe I can take a picture with him.....but that will get shot down somehow Im sure.......Anyway.....I got in touch with him after he started working on this case just to give everybody here a little insight and some hope that poor little Caylee wasnt gonna be let down......Why in the world would I say anything that wasnt true about anything on here.....What good is that gonna do me .....Im just a single mother trying to raise my daughter and with a interest in keeping all children safe.......anyway........believe what you want thats all our perogative........we can all have our own opinions and thats all I have to say..
