Sorry I haven't read through all the posts but have we heard anymore about the rope in Blanchard Park?   

Casey wants her home confinement restriction lifted so she can go search for Caylee.  I don't there are stairs to heaven on Hopespring Drive.

I know that is the most obsurb thing I ever heard.  She was the one who said she had "no clue" where she is.  So where can she possibly search.  Makes me want to b-rf.   These people are trying to make a mockery of the justice system.

Someone posted this earlier and you all missed it. JC Penney used to own Ekerd Drug Stores. They sold the whole unit to CVS Drug stores. JC Penney credit cards are VALID at CVS drug stores

Ok, So the bank refunded CA parents money that Casey stole.  So can the bank press charges or does the grandmothe have too!  IIRC, She has refused to do so.

I do not think she is holding those receipts / billing statements back because of Casey's "financial crimes" . . . there's enough of those already.. a few more is not going to make a difference and Cindy was the one who was turning her in for car theft and a host of other crap she pulled...

That was my other thought - the JC PENNY deal - didn't Cindy originally say Casey had stolen money - and didn't we hear she had charged some outrageous number?  Perhaps Cindy doesn't want to give LE more financial charges to add to those with Amy?

Yes, she would be the one who would have to press charges.   I am assuming she just payed it and didn't press the charges, otherwise, that would be another legal charge against Casey.

I think Cindy paid the bank, as long as they are paid I doubt they press charges.

There are no bad quetions, IMO.  Yes they have 500 foot yacht that they keep in J Blanchard Park.

They have a 500 ft yacht!!?? Has anyone checked to see if KC maybe used the gas in the gas cans to take the boat out and get rid of the body? Man, I was just thinking about the Scott Petersen case, maybe KC did the same thing!

I worked at a major credit card company for 22 yrs.   In order for them to refund the money, they have to report it stolen or lost first.   Because ANYBODY can just claim an invalid transaction on a CC.   There needs to be a police report.

MT was being sarcastic to my very intelligent question.  But why couldn't they have a small boat, like Scott, or like in the Holloway case.  I was thinking about the gas can's too for that purpose.
