Does anybody know...if LE can't assertain whether it was a murder or accident, how do they know what to charge her with? 

Oh yes. The evidence they have alone is a good indicator whether it was murder or accident. I am not talking with body fluids or anything like that, but Casey's own words and her train of though. They can also have an expert to testify where her mine was at by her Text messages and phone calls.

CSI, Baez will definelty try to blame the lab and LE.  I bet someones career gets destroyed - it seems like there is on LE that is always the fall guy!

Well I think the websites, chloroform the complaining about being a mother and whatever else they have will help with charges..i mean now they have a motive IMO

lost her child, never reported it! No nanny!!

I understand but circumstantial evidence to what murder or accidental death??  That's the problem with no body I guess. 

they are still gonna charge her with a homicide with or with out   the body...they have enough evidence for that and maybe thats why Casey doesnt want to help find the body because she knows once it is found they will probably  charge her with even more.......I cant stand her...............Id like to slap that makeup right off her face....

That is what I am afraid of. I can see it now. Baez's only chance would be to dispute the evidence because he has nothing else. That is his only hope. He will spend most of the denfense money of folks that will dispute or make casey look like she was set up.
