Casey spent Monday afternoon at her attorney's office after checking in with her case manager at the jail. She strutted away from her meeting with her case manager at the jail Monday, with no sunglasses and heavy eye makeup.

Sorry if this has been posted already, but it appears Casey has no friends at WFTV

The confidence Casey portrays is nauseating along with the butt swinging stride.

I agree the smiles smirks laughing it is all so sickening!!

MORNING MONKEYS!!

I think she's putting the moves on that guy that escorts her around.

I wonder why KC wants to search for Caylee in secret now when she spent the first 31 days looking under bar stools?  With all the photos, she sure wasn't concerned that anyone knew.

Thanks Kristin.  And I see Puzzler up there, great post today.
I think I will let the night monkeys play and see what the morning monkeys say.  I do hope the mods stay committed to the OT - hi and bye posts,  and "inside jokes" cut down.  I had to be away a few days and it took me all day to read, in an attempt not to clog the board or ask or answer something already answered.

Good Morning Monkeys.

I wanted to comment on your post A_News_Junkie.

SM is unlike most other forums. The research and content is about the best, as are the posters. Because of the personable environment of this site, many have left other, stricter sites, to be able to share in the camaraderie and pleasant atmosphere that we have here.

Our Administrators and mods have a difficult task, but do a great job. They are able to maintain our comfortable environment  here and very few posters take advantage of it. If our posts are restricted to nothing off topic, we lose that sense of friendship and become like all the other sites, nothing more than clearinghouses for information.

I in no way advocate allowing a board to run wild, but I feel that the friendly, occasional  banter is what makes this place "home".
There is only so much you can talk about when things get slow. Certainly, when something happens, everyone jumps on board and very little off topic is seen.

I, for one, appreciate SM for providing a place where I can feel like part of a team and part of a family. When Destiny lost her mother, everyone was there to support her. You wouldn't find that on any other board because it's off topic. That's what the SM family is all about.

I am a mod and I approve this post.

mrskub ~ I specifically logged in this morning (haven't read any further) to just say I *absolutely* agree with your post.  Our administrators and mods do a fantastic job keeping us in line, and so do the monkeys.  What you've said about the sense of comraderie is right on, too.  This IS what sets our forum apart from others.

I agree, BeachGirl. That butt won't swing much once there's a belly shackle on her. Oooh, I can't wait!

From that link:

Baez says he's entitled to all the information because Casey has suffered the public's hatred and that "law enforcement or the State Attorney's Office has successfully tried a homicide case against the defendant in the public eye."

Casey hasn't yet asked to go to Friday's hearing on the filed motions.

Ok well I was one of the ones who questioned HH as far as her cop friend telling her about the chloroform...I think she said that her friend said that it was not a big deal and that the chloroform was used at parties not for Caylee..SO not only is the chloroform not a big deal but neither were the children's search sites. But IIRC LE stated that they are using Chloroform as away to build the case against Casey..

I am way behind this morning, but maybe HH can answer this.. Did this friend actually state that?  I thought the only reason why we (Kristen, myself, etc..) assumed it wasn't a big deal is because he actually told HH the dates?  I don't recall HH saying they were not related to Caylee, but only to parties?  Maybe I just missed that part?  HH- can you help clarify, please? Smile

re: the red text..  seems like a logical assumption, based on the chloroform searches appearing innocuous.   Heck.. maybe she just read or heard about a child who was actually missing, and decided to check out details of the case? (Me---->giving Baez ideas for his defense)

Nevermind, HH... just found this post from you.  Smile

First of all ......What was said  didnt come from you and I never said that the Chloroform wasnt important or the missing kids sites for that matter.......everything about this case is important, and all I have done was answer with the answer I was given.......if I came to the conclusion that the missing kids site was irrelevant to what was going on then thats just how I understood it....Theres alot of sites that was on that computor because of the way Casey was always on it ,   also I never said that the chloroform wasnt important at all........what I said was from my understanding Casey already had the chlororform which was being used as a recreational drug in her truck to be taken somewhere else at the time and I already said that I think she was also using it on Caylee.......I am only doing what everybody here is doing and that is trying to help get Justice for Caylee in what little way I can.......I have no problem with anyone.......and I would never feel like I couldnt post here because of what someone else might have said.........its all good.....

IMO Baez spews the most stupid comments.  Does he expect ANYONE to feel sorry for Casey?  Any hatred for Casey - has been brought on BY Casey.  She has made her bed, now she must lie in it.

There aren't many people (sane people) who have any pity for Casey.

She needs to get over herself.  She's going down!

BTW - Good morning monkeys!

While Baez has been handling legal issues in the case, Black — who is with a firm called Press Corps Media — met with focus groups last weekend to gauge public opinion about the case. He said he was encouraged with the findings.

The main point he learned, he said, is that the public is tired of the case and no longer trusts the media.

He said he will issue a report to Baez, who may choose to use the findings to argue in favor of moving any trial on the charges to another city.

I am ready for some new evidence to be released.  The OCSO is due for a new press release as the last one was 09/25/2008.  Hope today is the day.

Good morning, Kimmy, it's nice to see your furry self this morning.

Even if Baez tried to make Casey change her behavior, she cannot do it, that is why he has to pick on others as if it is their fault she acts this way.  He simply cannot control his client or her attitude.

The Good Witch!

« Reply #1939 on: October 07, 2008, 08:40:40 AM »

Good morning everyone!!!!

Banana bread? Coffee?

I watched a show on I.D. last night (48 hours) that was about a five month old baby who got abducted. The Aeisenberg case. Anyways it was EERILY similar to Caylee's case right down to what the parents accused the Sheriff's department of. They also did not want (and still do not want) anyone searching for a dead baby, but a live one. And it's been 11 years. This happened in 1997. They claim they left their garage door open and someone walked in - at 3:00 in the morning and took the baby and none of the other two children. I really didn't know what to believe after watching it, but I guess I ended up feeling sorry for the parents and still wonder. I'll try and find out when it's on again, and let you all know. It was so MUCH like this case, it was SCARY!!!!! The vigils, the press coverage, where the parents put the blame, and on and on and on.

Hopefully someday soon baby Caylee will have some peace!
