Leonard Padilla stated that Cindy and Casey got into an arguement over Fathers Day weekend, that neighbors reported to LE they heard yelling, but Leonard takes it one step further stating that Lee Anthony told him Cindy grabbed Casey by the neck and choked her.

Thank you I just had not heard it besides from here not saying I did not believe it just woundered who let that know because I knew Cindy for sure would not have offered that up!!

You are free to use my hub's backhoe...he named it Casey.    Telling the truth there...all the guys that work for him use it to dig pools..they really do call it Casey.

I just browsed over to WS, and I wonder how they got detective Yuri to post there....why cant he come here..

They're only rubbing his head and stroking his ego over there. He gives absolutely NO information and I don't expect him to. I had seriously thought about inviting him when we put up his well wishes. Not that I don't adore him, I really do. I just felt we would get more from Tony or Clint or any of the other players.

IIRC, it was LA that told of the occurance to LP.  LP is who disclosed his knowledge of the physical violence, don't know if it was on tv or on Dana or both.

I have always felt that Tony's lack of love for Caylee was the reason she was killed.  Now, it has been brought out that Caylee was possiblly killed due to an argument with Cindy, ending up with Cindy choking Casey.  Do we know what happened following the Father's Day outing?  Is this when Cindy took Casey out of Ton'ys apartment and Caylee was already gone???  Can anyone fill in that time????
