Excuse me.. but that was 'me' Just-the-facts that spoke to Rick and verified who he was on topix. I also was the one he sent pics to...of his wedding. I spoke with him on the phone and also contacted the Greta show and arranged for him to have a phone interview..of which he decided to do instead of an on air one, as he didn't want to upset his sister. I am not tooting my own horn, but gosh..  Unless you did this too in 'addition' to me... that was me your refering to

Good Morning Monkeys...I was reading through last night's posts and noticed alot of questions about Cindy's brother Rick and whether or not he is the "real deal".  I was on topix the night he posted.  Many were giving him a hard time - but he and I engaged in convo and he answered questions that verified to me is IS RICK.  I did some sleuthing of Ohio records, Clerk of Courts, etc and found the name of a girl that I knew tied to his name in some filings.  (I'm in NE Ohio)

Then here, I saw photos of his wedding - the bride is that girl!  He is who he says he is.  I believe he stated his motive for coming forward was to let people know that, with the exception of Cindy, his family doesn't condone Casey's actions nor do they support her.   

First off welcome Just-the-Facts.  Second, I'm confused by this post?  If I understand correctly, Blonde was simply copying a post from another site and posting it, she didn't pretend to contact Rick.

I am off subject but not off topic.  After reading another forum last night for the first, I have a newly found respect for SM mods and even my fellow monkeys.

I can't believe how Rick Plesea was treated. Some of those members were so rude. They must be kicking themselves because it really was him and I believe he was repeating what his mother told him! 

However, the plate glass window inicident (GA pushed his father into it) is in question.

I had never read this forum and I wonder what made him go there!     Actually, I still believe he shouldn't have gone any forums at all.

Ooppss,corrected my 6/17 to 6/16.Also noticed that Casey called her home at 7:45 am on 6/16 knowing that Cindy leaves for work around 7:15 to 7:40 am.I thought Cindy said she heard Caylee and Casey in thier room that morning before work?

No, I think people today rely on the phone books in their cell phones.  I notice that my  daughter and her friend don't know anybodys number yet they talk and text all the time to each other.  It seems strange to me but????

I think it is interesting that neither Cindy nor Lee nor Casey's attorney has denied the story about Cindy grabbing Casey by the neck.  That is something it seems they would want to quickly refute if it were untrue.

In Tony's interview,where he was confirming with Sean about the dates for the NY trip,Sean did say to Tony"Tony,you know you didn't want to talk to Casey".

I am hoping that karmalady was able to get her fax through to Melich & Allen regarding Noreen Renier & that resource will be available to OCSO.

Just can't imagine why CA would deny someone as accomplished as Noreen Renier to sense belongings of both KC & Caylee, oh yeah, that's right that world renowned non-profit established in 2006 called Kid Finders Network has their own psychic available to them, so why would Noreen Renier be desired.  Fakes & phonies do seem to stick together, deny the real thing.

I wonder what was so important that she repeatedly called all night.   Either she had already harmed Caylee, or was just upset about being choked by her crazy mom, or was just having a complete breakdown.  I'm sure Tony not answering his phone only made her state of mind that much worse.   

Also, if she was calling all night, that pretty much proves that as a result she had to have been feeling sleep deprived at some point the next day.  THAT surely wouldn't help her already off kilter state of mind one bit.

I'm guessing the number is probably stored under 'Tony' and she just hits the call button and it automatically dials it, but probably shows up as 'calling Tony' without having to dial any numbers.

My cell number is programmed to ring family and friends when I click on their names.  I never type their numbers in and as a result I would have to look in a phone book or on my cell phone list of names to find their numbers.  I think many people do that today.

It is also pretty easy to ignore any or some phone calls either by turning off the phone or by having the name displayed when it rings.  If it is someone you do not want to talk to then, you can just not answer. 

Tony either had his phone off or did not answer her calls.

If I'm reading Grande's phone call spread sheet correctly....Casey called home at 7:45 am on 6/16.I have to believe that the investigators have this already figured out....I have to believe they have most of the Anthony's lies uncovered.
