Sorry always...I just kept reading that Casey had not slept at Tony's on certain dates and nobody knew where she slept, so I wondered if she slept in her car.  She had to overnight somewhere, right?

I've often wondered, too, just where KC was sleeping.  She must have found a good spot to park her car because no one seems to have said anything about it...that is...from the information that's been released.

Also, there's that week after June 16 on the police calendar that has nothing on it (or...nothing that LE released) and there were comments that KC hadn't been seen...like she fell off the face of the earth.

Exactly!  She was not around any of the normal people...and then the next week she is back again partying it up at Fusian.  Very creepy!

Hearing set to discuss motions in case against Casey Anthony 11:10 a.m.: A hearing is set Friday to discuss eight motions filed by the defense in the case against Casey Anthony -- the mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Marie. Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, filed seven of the motions last Friday. Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland will hear arguments at 10:30 a.m. Anthony is charged with child neglect, filing false information to law enforcement and a slew of check-fraud charges. The 22-year-old single mother told investigators she last saw her daughter in mid-June when she left the toddler with a babysitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. When Anthony returned later to pick up Caylee, the child and baby sitter were gone, Anthony has said. Investigators don't think the baby sitter exists. The child was reported missing on July 15.

The motions are: * Defense wants the state to release all records about its investigation into Zenaida Gonzalez. * Defense wants Anthony - who is on home confinement - to be able to visit "key points of interest in the case" to help in the search for her daughter. Baez is requesting that her travels not be made public. * Defense wants the Department of Children and Families - which did its own investigation into the child-neglect issue - to release its records. * Defense wants to inspect the polygraph exams that have or will be given to anyone related to the case. * Defense is asking for the flight manifest of Air Tran flight 862 that flew from Orlando to Atlanta on July 2. Someone reported seeing Caylee on the plane. (Investigators later located the child and the toddler was not Caylee.) * Defense wants to the state to turn over results of forensic testing, including testing on traces of chloroform allegedly found in Anthony's car and any documentation about the air sample testing done at the Body Farm at the University of Tennessee. (Authorities reported the samples showed at some point there was a decomposing body in the trunk.) * Defense wants to be able to inspect digital forensic evidence, such as computer hard drives, cell phones, SIM cards and media cards. * Defense wants the state to stop testing and handling forensic evidence until the court rules on how the testing will proceed.

On July 1st from 1:00 am - 2:07 a.m. she is in the Blanchard Park area?  And again, she is texting phone number 4058 like crazy.

Maybe somewhere in Blanchard Park (in the woods?) is where Casey stayed all those nights when nobody knew where she was? Her "hideout".  Not a great place, obviously.. with a killer on the loose.

Didn't CA tell her to stay away from there?

I said this a day or so ago and no one responded....so I'll repeat myself...I am beginning to think LEE might have been taking care of Caylee some nights....she couldn't have drigged her all the time...there would have been signs.....remember the night Casey and Caylee fell asleep watching TV at I THINK Ricardo's and when he work up Caylee was gone and Casey said Cindy had called her and told her to bring Caylee home ....Cindy has since denied this ...Lee has covered for Casey in the past....so perhaps Casey cried on his shoulder that she was young and wanted to go out and Lee took care of Caylee while Casey went out and partied....someone had that little girl...and LEE is the only person I can think of hat might have.

MrsKub...hey Sweetie...tried to call you a few ago...I recently got off the phone withFrank B/with TES...he was not going back with TES due to health problems due to health...but has changed his mind....he talked with Tim this AM...there was a meeting set up for tomorrow re: general monthly stuff/including Caylee search.....meeting has been called off...Frank will be talking with Tim again tonight re: new plans....I told Frank that we need the data ASAP to get the Home Base supplies set up for them...

When “Hurricane Ike” struck the Texas coast near Galveston, it left widespread destruction and countless people without food, water or power, including the senior citizens and disabled residents of two ten story residential buildings --- the Heights House and the Heights Towers. Some of the residents were ill and needed medicine, and some required immediate medical care. TES member, Melissa Sullivan, spearheaded a mission to help those 270 residents by arranging for donations of food, water and the volunteers needed to shuttle the desperately needed items, along with medication and ice, up the ten flights of darkened stairwells and through hallways in the two buildings (blocks apart) until the residents power was restored several days later.

Many of the people, organizations and offices listed below be experienced multiple storm problems of their own, but they still made time to help others. So, Texas EquuSearch would like to say a big “Thank You” all of the following compassionate persons who gave so much to help these senior citizens in their time of need … and made this humanitarian effort a huge kindhearted success.
