Mishy, Let me put this in perspective.  This guy is 36 my daughter is 26.  He makes 235K my daughter makes 19K plus commission of around 10K.  He has paid a total of $0.00 toward any medical bills from birth to present, only 4 daycare payments totalling around $700.  I myself have paid double that helping her with daycare alone, and $0.00 in support or material help for the baby who is now 18  months old.

Reading between the lines here... BUT   Way to GO!!

It take TWO to create a new life  and it should take TWO  cover the finincal resposibilites of that life.  
I will not go into my thoughts on this.. (not pretty at all) but a lot more needs to be done in the legal system for accountability from both parties.

OF - My thoughts probably match yours more than you know.  Even though things can work in your favor in court they don't always feel right morally.  But in this case I do have to tell you that this guy is a truly a Scot Peterson clone.  And I mean that.  He is dangerous, highly paid, and totally without regard to human life.  Even our attorney stated that he looked like Scot the first time she met him.  He has created a complete lie for his entire life's story and background to include his family.  Has kept multiple residences all over the country and I suspect wives and know girlfriends in most of them.  You know the work I put into the Holloway case last year?  Well take that and multiply it by about 500 and you may be close to the amount of research I have put into this guy.  I literally delivered a milk create size box of and 6 6" binders on the guy.  All cross reperence, validated and indexed.  There was no escaping public records and news.  His own words in over 10K emails, text messages, and call records where out of this world.  Don't mess with mama "C's" children.  Not wise.
