Does anyone know when Casey is expected to stand trial for the check fraud charges?  Its not combined with the child neglect hearing on November 5th, is it?

Her arraignment on the economic crimes charges is Oct. 14th at 8:45am. It is separate from the neglect charges

what if she couldn't get her out? sorry, honestly this is hurtful to think about.  I don't think she could have done this without help.  If she went to check on her and she was already a mess in there she may have taken the whole thing.  Maybe they should look for a sandbox in the dump?

I haven't heard anyone in authority say there are NO accomplices...and in fact most people who have been following criminal cases of this nature are saying Casey has probably had help.

"Help" usually means a family member nine times out of ten. And the other one outta ten is a very close friend. And not someone she has been sleeping with for only 2 or 3 weeks.

Here's my take on family members helping KC. Why go to all the trouble doing the cover up thing, why call the police at all? Couldn't they just tell everyone that they decided it was best for all that they adopt Caylee out? She was so young, it's not like Caylee had bff's that would call and question that. They could have told everyone KC was not a good mommy and someone had come forth and adopted her. Private adoptions are done all the time. Then they just have to deal with family glares and not the police.

Well, last nights phone call my hubs made to his buddy (the PMP) had a reaction this morning as he showed up over at our home as we were all getting ready to leave for the day. He was pretty interested in which of our vehicles was infested with crickets and why the heck we had chloroform.  My driver, since he reads here knows all that is going on with this story and about choaked on laughter.

Needless to say we should have another lurker on the boards today!  LOL  Now the buddy is very interested in this case and stands by his word that the crickets would find their way out of the car prior to expiring..not all...but most!  (Also he made the comment it would not smell like a dead body...I dont want to know how he knows that!)

Thanks, that's kinda what I thought when I heard something was postponed.  In all honesty, we could see her found guilty and sentenced with this check fraud crap before November 5th...LE can then just drop charges on that at this time and continue to build their case for murder.

I'm gonna hold out hope that Tim finds the remains.  All in God's time.

The Anthony's Backyard: Involved a tip that Casey Anthony borrowed a shovel from a neighbor. Two cadaver dogs pointed to the smell of decomposition near Caylee's playhouse.

Casey Anthony's Car: Detectives reported a different dog alerted to the same strong smell in the trunk after the white Pontiac had been abandoned in a parking lot

I know I mentioned this before, but I did find it interesting in one of the first interviews with Cindy Anthony, that she mentioned something to the effect that she thought Caylee probably urinated in that playhouse a time or two, and that would explain her DNA being there.  My first thought after hearing that was that something's up with the playhouse, of course.

ohhh. When I was a kid I had a friend who's father didn't let her or her 2 sisters wear tops. They had to go topless in the house and even in public at times. They had a pool and a playhouse and looking back I see definate molesting and weirdo sexual activity in that family.

Not at all what I was implying, but I think I read a post in which you already realized that.   My point was just that Cindy was expecting that something would be found in or around that playhouse and was already trying to explain it away.   Big shock there, huh?

Prosecutors are expected to release documents and video this morning related to the check fraud charges against Casey Anthony - the mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Marie.

The single mother is charged with 13 counts, including grand theft, forgery of a check and fraudulent use of personal identification. Authorities say Anthony took checks that belong to her friend, Amy Huizenga.
