How is this possible?  Why was that accepted?  Down here they check your ID and your signature on your ID, and then if the bank gets it and it looks questionable they send it back or give me a call directly.  I do not understand how she was able to cash these checks using her ID and her signature on another persons named account....BOA needs to do some major house cleaning and training. 

I'm wondering the same thing. I get my ID checked all the time and if my signature on my cc is worn, they make me show another form of ID to double check to see if I am who I say I am! Esp in dealing with a check that is over $100!

Amen Snuffellufficuss...I mean Boo!!    Something is not right if the bank is cashing these checks.  I can give Target some wiggle room, but the bank..no dice as they have a scanned signature that pulls up with the account number right on the screen when cashing a check. 

I'm not sure she did the bank check like the store checks. IIRC, she made the bank check out to herself and most likely signed Amy's name to that one.

So if the chloroform was used in order to forge checks then that would make sense why she would have been researching it on the internet..to find out how to make it work.  That would also make sense as to what HH is telling us her friend in the LE is hinting at, that those searches did not mean much and they suspect drowning.............

I don't know, it makes me wonder.  If Casey looked up chloroform online for the purpose of altering checks and erasing Amy's name and address so she could print out her own...then it might not relate to Caylee's disappearance. 

I guess I felt like Casey had been using the chloroform to knock out Caylee while she partied and Caylee died from an overdose...now I have to consider that Caylee died a more violent death and it makes me really, really, sad.

Afternoon monkeys! I see we have some pictures of the happy HO-maker shopping away at Target, swaying her hips and adjusting her ever important sunglasses. I don't believe I could detest a person more. She is a cold b****.

Lets just hope all the ladies that are already in prison are seeing these hips sway also.  They will take care of her in there own special way once she arrives at her final destination.

Everytime I go to the grocery store, or anywhere and write a check, they ALWAYS ask for my ID and write down my driver's license number and date issued, etc.  Is this not standard procedure?  I didn't see the lady at the Target store ask for her id and write that info down.  Did anyone else see it?

I am rarely asked for ID at places I frequent such as Wal-Mart. They even fill in the check for me and I sign a receipt and I'm done. You know, I can't even remember the last time a cashier even glanced at the check to verify information. I guess small businesses are different b/c every penny counts. But I seems like Wal-Mart and Target are more lax.

I hope when Casey goes to court Friday, maybe by then the LE will have a surprise for her and instead of being allowed to search, she will be arrested.....That would just make me day,  her thinking she is gonna get to go out and strut around and then instead she finds out she just brought herself to be locked up...LOL

If the judge allows that ridiculous motion for Casey to be out searching in private I'll bet LE has a surprise in store for Casey!

They will never get to do that.....just something that jose is cooking up to use in court,   believe me he's gonna need everything he can possibly get, Casey is going down and he knows it!!!!!!!

I so agree!  Because if it IS drowning, that would be accidental...why all the cover up?  Which brings us back to the incest theory which I still don't buy.  ARGH!

I saw that too, but it looked like the cashier swiped whatever it was that Casey handed her ( like it was a credit card)
