Can anyone make out this receipt?  What is xmil plastic for 9.99 ?  Of course my brain wonders if it is extra millameter strong plastic trash bags - but i am not familiar with this store and it seems there are several xmil things.

Two things:

1. in Amy's statement she said Cindy called her to tell her Caylee had been missing for a month.  At that time, Amy told
    Cindy that KC had written checks on her account.  Cindy asked her, in front of the police that were there at the home
    and KC admitted it.  (a.Cindy would know that was Amy's money and b.Why? did she admit it? Remember KC's statement
    that she would lie and steal from friends to find Caylee?  Will JB's arguement be that the kidnappers demanded
    groceries and lingerie, sunglasses and clothes?)

2. The Target cashier in one of the instances admitted she never looked at the ID.  I only saw Amy's signature on the
    checks  however.  It certainly makes me think she's done this before.  In Amy's statement she said Cindy told her
    that KC had gotten into CA's account several times over the years and that she was a thief and a liar.  That's what
    made Amy check her own account.

Yep..That is casey's name on the signature line..That def cost someone their job..

I am actually surprised the teller didn't see the obvious handwriting similarities on the signature on the back to the writer of the check.  I was a teller back in my college days, and I know I would have caught this - but I am very observant.

The gall of this witch to steal everything from her friend's account, and then pick her up at the airport like everything is hunky-dory.

that is a brand that target carries, xhiliration or something like that.  those three items are clothing.

That must be the one where the clerk said she didn't ck ID.  I hadn't seen that, was looking for it.  That's the point I'm trying to make...how the heck did she think she could write her own name, was it a slip and the cashier missed it?  Or...she's done this before with Cindy's account and knew she could get away with it?

It's already public information so no problem.  Casey's defense will be she'll claim AMY said it was OK to write checks on her account.

Like I'm sure it was also ok for Casey to steal have that $400 cash of hers, as well.

BTW.. I wonder if any of that cash is what Cindy took out of Casey's wallet, assuming it was hers...  I think she actually said to Lee (per Lee's testimony, I believe) that "it's probably mine anyway). 

So.. I also have a question about that incident, because Lee stated that Cindy took that money when the detective was out of the room. Yet Cindy claims that the detective was there and said it was ok.  Um... so which is it?

Thank you misitx - I was not familiar with that.  LOL I even saw it as saying xmil with my over 40 eyes.  I take it is says xhil  !!

Out4Bull, did you see the checks she wrote to Target?  I thought I read that it had Casey's name and signature on them, but I haven't seen them.  That's why I assumed the checks were altered...Casey's name AND signature. 

The check is on Amy's account, made payable to Target, and signed as Casey Anthony.  WTF?

only one was signed in Casey's own name, think it was a slip?

When the evidence is considered ... the evidence that has been accumulated encompassing both the disappearance of Caylee Marie and ... the cheque cashing incidences ... WHY IS CASEY ANTHONY NOT BEHIND BARS?

The defence is manipulating the system and ... I fear it is working.
