Its within the same day I think...

I think it depends on how many witnesses are called to testify.  Remember, there has been a grand jury meeting once a week for months on the case of Drew Peterson's first wife.  The hearing is also private, so it will not be televised.  I do believe that the witnesses can talk later about what they said while questioned by the grand jury, but they don't have to.

What a relief, Janet!  I was a little worried I might have offended you with that after I read my post.   I'm not wise at all, I just feel your frustration and have had to reel myself back in by reminding myself that just because it's taking a while does not in any way mean that justice won't be served.   Heck - sometimes, I have to do it several times a day!

The good news is that it looks like we're getting awfully close!!  Hallelujah!

Just think how we're all going to be when the jury begins deliberating.  I'm pretty sure I'll be having a few rum and cokes then, lol.

I don't drink but years ago I had 2 1/2 of those special decadent drinks before I was informed there was alchohol in them.  I had been feeling a little flushed but ... I never clued in until I got up off the sofa and ... my knees felt wobbly.  Hey ... I wasn't going to waste the other half glass mug so ... I downed that too.

Think about it.  If Columbian coffee served at our local "Spill the Beans" does not have alcohol in it ... why would Spanish coffee?

That is my logic and ... I am going to stick to it.

No worries Janet - I don't drink either - we can just steal a cute straw and a sword with a lemon and nobody will ever know!!  BTW - my 'friends' decided once to put vodka in my Diet Coke to loosen me up.  Long story short, tore my hamstring muscle in two places and was on crutches for 6 months.

I spoke to Tim Miller of volunteer and non-profit Texas EquuSearch this afternoon. Thursday, Tim will be heading back to Orlando, FL to meet with law enforcement with regards to the case of missing Caylee Anthony. They will discuss potential searches and target locations for future searches. As promised, Texas Equusearch will return to Orlando to help find Caylee Anthony.

Also, first heard here … Tim Miller will be meeting with Drew Kesse, the father of missing Jennifer Kesse in an effort to reopen the search. Jennifer Kesse has been missing since January 24, 2006. Tim Miller will be meeting with Jennifer’s parents and with Orlando law enforcement in an effort to revive the search. We wish the best to Tim Miller and the Kesse’s. Drew and Joyce Kesse deserve the best as they have been an inspiration to many families of missing loved ones. They have always remained committed to finding Jennifer and deserve nothing more than to bring Jennifer home.

Cindy Anthony later told Casey Anthony’s friend, Amy Huizinga, that Casey Anthony stole money from her 80-year-old grandmother using a routing number on a birthday check.

Huizinga told investigators, "Casey emptied out my bank account, and I just really started hyperventilating."

A lifelong friend, Ryan Pasley, told investigators it would take "the fear of God" to get Casey to tell the truth. She's not going to do anything for anybody, he told them, unless there's something in it for her.

Just a btw ... Amy reportedly got all her money refunded within 6 days of her reporting it stolen. (In today's released documents.)

Personally, I am pleased with today's news, but I am saving my happy dance for the day she is indicted on murder charges and goes back to jail. I am thinking that will be some day next week. Saving up my energy.
