Not sure if I missed a reply or not.

Is there any info yet on when exactly TES is returning and where the command post will be?

I thought I read Saturday and not sure about the other question.

OH BROTHER!!!!

[Snip]

Casey Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, requested that his client be allowed to visit key places. “I suggest that motion has been made for PR purposes so that she can telegraph to the public from among the 12 jurors who will try her, that she’s interested in finding the baby,” Napolitano said. Napolitano said he believes the motions were filed as a ruse to get the public to think that Casey is a grieving mother.

If they allow this in my eyes they might as well say it is o.k. to lie to the police kill a child and walk the streets this is a JOKE!!

I may be off base here but, in my thinking, if the judge grants the motion to allow Casey to leave the house, wouldn't that void the bond? The bond was issued with the stipulation of home confinement.

My feeling is that Judge Strickland will not allow her to do ANYTHING except lead them to Caylee's body. Judge Stickland does not care for Casey Anthony. Did you see my post earlier about the Aisenberg case though?

Awesome!  Please let us know when to submit entries as well as if this book will be available for online purchase! God bless Tim and TES!

We certainly will, Dolce. The online purchase is one of the things Marlee will be talking to TES about today. I think it would be awesome but obviously, TES wouldn't have time to do this. Marlee & I have both agreed to handle it. Just the details have to be worked out as well as TES' permisiion.

I did KnayKnay. I agree that Strickland is not in her fan club. I really don't think it's going to happen but, I just wondered if it did, would it nullify the bond?

I found this link to the Aisenberg case. This is the summary of the I.D. 48 hours show:

http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2005/01/13/48hours/main666740.shtml

Maybe there's clues in there - maybe Casey saw this. I don't know?

KnayKnay,

I'm reading it now.

I do not think it would nullify the bond. I do believe if he decides to let her do this, he would make changes to the bond agreement right then and there. JMO

Let me know what you think - I actually felt very sorry for these parents but still don't know. Something's wrong here. The Sheriff's office apparently FAKED the audio tapes.

Don't know what to think!

I don't care if she rags on NG all day, but she better lay off my Lenny, OR my Tim Miller!! Tim is a hero! And Lenny... well, he gets to spit out some good info when NG lets him talk, which ain't often!
No judge in his/her right mind will allow her the freedom to roam around, unguarded. She could have looked for Caylee anytime in that 31 days she had not reported her missing. She could have told them where to find her for these last 3 months. She hasn't... so who thinks she's going to do any REAL searching now?!

Whose house is this? Is this the home confinement officer? Or Baez's office?

It's neither. Sorry it was a joke. Apparently they have moved the camera to a different location.

Can anyone who is a "friend" of Casey on her myspace please verify for me the comments that LP was talking about last night???? I adore LP and believe him, but want to see it for myself. I do not want to become her "friend" so anyone who already is, this would be most appreciated.  TIA

Hmm. Interesting. What I see in that case is LE trying to make the parents fit the crime instead of allowing the evidence to lead. No doubt the defense will be crying "all the cops did was look for a body and blame Casey." But in this case the evidence is clear and compelling and no one is forcing it to fit. It just does. IMO

Dolce

I posted new pics of TJ over in the musings thread.

I do believe that Casey got really upset that nobody was paying attention to her anymore so now this is her ploy to draw attention toward her again. Good luck with that Casey!!!!!

I think she deleted the comments. Hopefully someone got a screen capture.
