It is Kristin who is in touch with him, right? 

Also, I think Amy mentioned that Tony mentioned that he got a text from Casey saying "If she's not found, you know who is going to rot in jail" or something along those lines... but I don't recall reading it anywhere else....

Wonder if Tony would confirm that that actually took place?

I'm confused about the immunity stuff too. But I'm really confused if the woman did get info. on the death and/or location of the body. Confused b/c why in the world would anyone other than Cindy, George, and Lee withhold that info. from LE???

I think many of us are confused about this as well....but since she requested immunity before she would talk to LE it must be something that she feels would get her azz in big trouble

My thoughts when I heard this was maybe that Casey had told her something and then with that snide look she has stated "Oh and I wouldnt say anything, they could arrest you for being an accessory" or something crude to scare her.  She is probably just as niave as I am when it comes to what is legal and what is not.  She was just a watcher and that was it.  IMO Her thoughts to needing an attorney and possible immunity all stem from something threatened upon her.

A Florida senator had his wallet stolen over the weekend.

Police said a wallet belonging to Republican Mel Martinez was stolen from his rental car while he was at a football game.

The senator was at Notre Dame in Indiana watching his nephew, who is a punter there.

Police said $180 was taken from the wallet.

But Padilla said she did not work for them, she just came in and worked for Dick when they had a case involving a female.  She is probably knowledgable, I was just thinking of all the possibilities.  Why hide it from Dick and Padilla for so long though?  They said that she had gotten pretty friendly with Casey...how?

I would think so....but that's JMO...but whatever it is....why in the hell did she withhold the information......I hope she isn't still working ....

Someone posted on the last thread, I think it may have been Janet, the first interviews from Cindy where she talks about "forgiving" Casey for what she says she must have done. Maybe the body guard over heard them talking about the new cover up...she was in the house after the first release after all..

IIRC, there was a day when Cindy went to the Sherriff's Dept and was taken out a back door.  There was a woman waiting there with her car, and the woman gave her a big hug and appeared to be very sympathetic.  I always wondered if it was this PI. 

If so, perhaps the nutty Anthony's were able to draw her in with their lies and deception and she heard something and decided not to tell?  Then she snapped out of it when LP & team pulled out?

I think that there are a lot of people who have not dissected this case in the way it is being done on all of the blogs, etc, who may be sympathetic to this insane family.... perhaps from the inside she became one of them?

I don't care if she rags on NG all day, but she better lay off my Lenny, OR my Tim Miller!! Tim is a hero! And Lenny... well, he gets to spit out some good info when NG lets him talk, which ain't often!
No judge in his/her right mind will allow her the freedom to roam around, unguarded. She could have looked for Caylee anytime in that 31 days she had not reported her missing. She could have told them where to find her for these last 3 months. She hasn't... so who thinks she's going to do any REAL searching now?!

God i know-if she would let LP talk theres no telling what other scoop we could get from him. I love nancy, but god she can be inappropriately rude sometimes. Its a wonder some of her expert guests agree to return! I did tell her to shut it last night(talking to the tv-i know) watching how rude she was to the polygraph expert as I think all he was trying to do was defend LP and establish his credibility. It also grates on my nerves to hear some of these defense attys spew their crap. Makes me wonder how i would find a decent one if i ever needed one! I never understood the whole story about the female gaurd or whatever that was working with LP's team. What did she need immunity for!!!!???

Maybe the security guard heard or saw something from Casey that she should have turned over to LE before she left. I do believe she has talked to LP and some of the info he is getting comes from her and RD, the male who escorted Casey every day.
As for NG... she is so rude sometimes that I yell at the t.v. My hubby just cracks up laughing at her! But we have both ended up yelling at her at the same time. These so-called experts are usually just spouting what she wants to hear. Every now and then one will make a lot of sense... and those are the ones she bullies! NG reminds me of a pit bull.. but she sure has some cute babies!
As to Lenny... he has a lot of contacts, he is generally respected because he keeps his word. I wish NG wouldn't always throw it up that he originally bonded her out and then revoked it... he obviously didn't know all the details at the time, and I do think JB led him to believe that he could question her... and then once she was out, he said NO. JB is a sleaze... just like his client.

Padilla's girl - why does she need immunity?  I am not following that.  I always thought you only needed immunity if you played a part in a crime and I am sure that someone in his camp didnt/wouldnt, so I am totally lost on that whole topic.  Can someone please explain it to me and get me outta this dark closet    TIA

Des, Please ask LP if she is still working for RD??? and if so WHY???? How could he trust someone who might have information in a case like this and doesn't report it and then refuses to speak with LE without immunity?
