Caylee Marie Anthony, 2, FL Missing since June 16-just reported by mother #38

Before I joined the monkey cage, I found Murt's site and learned alot from his info.

He has been gone out of the area for a few days on a trip but while he was in the Orlando area (I think he lives around there), he would go to the LE when public info was released to post it in its "purest" form on his site.

If I am not mistaken, he was the very first (even before media) who posted Cindy's second interview from the CD.  Others had thought it was the second part of the first.  For awhile, his site was the only posting of that interview.

I don't know him but I think he thinks logically from what I have observed and seems especially learned in legal/LE matters.  I have no idea of his occupation or background but when he is actually on the site he started, I think you would enjoy reading his observations.  (Also, from what I read, I believe his wife is deceased but have no details.)

His site is more or less a "chat site" where there is no registration check required.  Just wanted you to know that what you read there is not necessarily his beliefs.  He is not present to defend himself so I felt compelled to let you know the above.  He's been as involved in this case to the degree most of us have and wants to see justice, too.

When I type that address in google I get
348 Eaton St
Maitland, FL 32751

When I did a reverse address search I did not find a house at that address..But the house in the next lot is listed under a name Julie W.....

They may have been delivering the subpoenas for Tuesday but why would it take two?

I had to go to court in Fl one time as a witness and the LE were not the delivers of the subpoenas.. it was actually a currior type guy in his early 20's dressed in jeans and shirt. I was shocked, I always thought the police delivered those.

maybe they are there because of the RUMOR going around? Decided t o check to see if there were any changes to the back yard since they were last there searching?

Wish we knew... I want something to happen soon, it is killing me.

Would LE have to disclose it to the Anthony family if they found Caylee's remains or could they wait and present that information to the Grand Jury on Tuesday?  Anyone else think Tim is coming back here to testify on Tuesday?

I am guessing...but I do think they would be obligated to notify the family if Caylee's remains were found and positively identified.  And Yes, I do think Tim is coming in to testify and see the Klees family
