George and Cindy Anthony voluntarily gave up DNA samples this week so investigators could scientifically exclude either of them as the source of the hair and stain in Casey's trunk, but investigators had to get a search warrant to get Casey's brother Lee to submit to a DNA test. He also has refused to take a lie detector test for the FBI.

I as said in a previous post ....

One of my two theories implies that Lee Anthony assisted his sister in the coverup and ... his refusal to take a lie detector test and ... willingly submit to a DNA test ... could have everything to do with being implicated in the disappearance of his niece.

On another note ... if DNA samples are only currently being taken from Cindy, George and Lee  how did Leonard Padilla come to the conclusion that Caylee's paternity was related to a  member of the Anthony family ... what/who was his source?

Now, I suggested much earlier that simply looking at Caylee's DNA results from Jesse and comparing that to Casey's one could conclude either the grandfather or the uncle were her father.  I posted some interesting links.  It makes it more clear.  I'll see if I can find them.

Now, that would give Lee a reason to be "missing" now, and Mallory to have broken off their relationship (if true).  How sad is that?  Yikes, I wonder if she would have any recourse to keep her baby away from crazy Cindy?

I feel better about George now.  I wonder if he helped her still though.  Maybe that's why Tim is here and LP is so excited and sure they're going to find her?

I feel better about George now too. Always thought it was odd that she wouldn't let him near the trunk, and he gave that information up. 

Lee is either hiding that he is the father, or that he helped out... or both. He always seemed guilty and shady to me.

It has been a rollercoaster day with the rumors. My nerves are on end. I wish they would find Caylee and put Casey in jail!!!  She makes me sick!

BTW, where has Carpe been? I miss his I HATE THEM. I HATE THEM ALL!

the hairs were too long to be Lee's... so the DNA test was not to see who hair's they belong.

makes one wonder doesn't it ....

I can't think of any reason, other than paternity, that LE would request DNA samples.

I would think that having the family's DNA profile would prevent any of them, who might have the opportuinty to leave DNA in the back of the car-say accidental bleed for example -from claiming the DNA in the trunk is theirs?

I assume this was a while back when Lee was served to submit to a DNA test?? Wish we knew when this was.

Here's what I think.

The Anthony house is a house of deep secrets. Some know some secrets and some know others, no one knows them all.

Cindy does know who the father is Caylee is... after-all she named her. George did not know this secret.

George knew Caylee was dead, but Cindy did not. She does now and has for some time.

The list just goes on and on.

Remember the poster that said there were power struggles in the house? and family members who took side?

It's clear to me that the Anthonys are not normal... no way, shape or form.

Everyone has secrets, and so does every family. The difference here was the secrets with the bargaining chips used to gain favor or power.

Perhaps there was other DNA found in the boot of the car and they are trying to match it up...or elimate family members

Maybe Lee moved Caylee......remember all the code-talking phone calls between Lee and Casey....she might have told him, if they find Caylee, all the world will know you are Caylee's daddy....would be a big motivator to make sure she's not found  JMO

Close Relative Testing (Grand Parent/Uncle/Aunt/Niece Nephew)
There is no difference in the testing procedure between this type of test and paternity (maternity) testing. The only exception is that in order to achieve a reliable accuracy more genetic loci have to be compared. This is because a grand parent shares only 25% of his/her genes with an alleged grand child, uncle and aunt also share 25% of their genes with the alleged nephew/niece (this is assuming, of course, that they are not twin brother/sister of the person in question’s father or mother and also that they are all from the same parental line) etc. Translation HERE:  The MARKERS on Caylee's DNA Test given to LE by JG showed MORE than 25%  IMO

I think Lee's refusal to give up DNA is just his way of being resistant and causing LE further work.

Rumors that she's pregnant and that she broke up with Lee. Just rumors at this point.

If Lee knows where Caylee is, we might have a better chance of him fessin' up as to her location, because I do not think Casey will ever tell.
