I just now read that George is supposedly testifying for the PROSECUTION. I mayneed to re-consider IF true.

wreck - I have been a bit busy the last hour or so, and am not totally caught up from that, but I saw this post by you and wanted to let you know (if no one has yet) that George is being subpoenaed for the Grand Just hearing on Tuesday.

ALL of the people subpoenaed for that are on the prosecution's side. It is a hearing to find out if there is enough evidence to charge Casey with murder.

George has no say in this. He HAS to go and testify.

You may resume feeling anyway you choose about George. I share your feeling. I believe he is involved!

IF he doesn't take the 5th on any questions before the GJ then I will be happy that when Caylee is found, there might be one decent family member left to lay her to rest.  My understanding is he can take the 5th if the topic can in some way incriminate him.  If however, the topic can't incriminate him, he will be forced to answer or stand in contempt.

Yup ... If a truthful answer to a grand jury question would even tend to incriminate you, you can invoke the privilege and refuse to answer.

Also, remember, each witness will be alone in the GJ room. They will not hear what other witnesses say.

Secrecy is a big deal in a GJ hearing, although each witness is free to discuss his own testimony.

We will hear very little about what has been discussed, I believe.

The main point I am looking for is the GJ coming back with a "true bill" or indictment!!

Here is my theory , and by all means I'm not an expert , just a semi new monkey

It happened on the 16th , not sure about accidental..... the flurry of phone calls indicate to was checking if it was safe that no one was home , so she could come back home and hang out , till Time to be off work . "if i am correct GA said he seen them the morning of 16th"

It happen sometime after that on the 16 , she hid the body in the backyard , the flurry of phone calls on the 17th , indicate paranoia , after waking up at Tony's the morning of the 17th she realized what she had done .... Calling mom and dad , just to make sure nothing was found and when no answer she continued to call out of fear that they already found her 'Paranoia , It started racing in her mind that someone found out , that why the flurry of calls , she was panicking because no one was answering , finally when she did talk to mom , she calmed down , then she realized she had to move the body , heres where I'm screwed on cant remember what day neighbour saw her? After she buried her somewhere else slowly days would go by where she started calming down , going about her daily things ... started coming up with lies to cover her tracks with mom ... figured she could probably get by with it for a while, then planned to get to Cali , with marine guy , buy herself some more time without CA Seeing Caylee ,probably going to do kidnapping thing out there ..... but the one thing she wasn't expecting was mom to show up at Toni apt...... blew the whole thing for her!!!!

Omg of course I was thinking the same thing...I bet he was the one driving her around, he was the one who warned her that CA was coming to Tony's so she could start deleting things on the computer, he is the one that gave them those fake emails..after stating to LE that she wiped yahoo clean of everything after a certain date..Come to think of it maybe that is why she is so confident knowing her brother was involved thinking that he took care of everything...Everyone said that she would confess to Lee first

Kristen, that makes a lot of sense, doesn't it?  I posted a while back she probably got a "warning" phone call and it had to be Lee, IMO.  He's got something to hide, can't wait to see what it is.

I am with you on this, he was the one that warned her I think on July 3rd about her Mom looking for her, he was the one who warned her she was coming to Tony's. It is starting to all come together now and I cannot wait to see what the prosecution has on Tuesday!!!

I just looked and cannot find any phone calls from Lee to Casey on 7/15 or 7/16, but he could have contacted her through her computer.  TL said she was on her laptop that evening while he was playing video games.

I LOVED being a grand jury member. It was so cool to hear testimony about local people that we knew were going to be arrested on down the road. My jury duty was 2 days per month for 18 months, so they spread some of the testimony in certain cases over several months. After we would indict someone who had a sealed indictment, I would watch the newspaper like a hawk to see when the person got arrested. As soon as they did, I would do a little happy dance and say to myself, "Yes! Got another one!"

Ok ... it's one thing to know/hear that your kid is a "bad" kid and try to deal with that ... but when you see your child all over the news committing a crime ... actually seeing them do it ... that is all TOO REAL ...

Anyone else think this might be what it takes to "knock the denial" out of Cindy and George and make them start talking???

I am thinking it's a possibility that George might spill the beans this week to save what "face" is left ...  Man up to Tim so to say ...

MONKEYS BE PROUD - you figured it out a long time ago

Here's what I think after watching NG tonight:

1. Lee is guilty of something - maybe being the dad like some are speculating but maybe helping Casey in someway

2. They found the body - or enough of the body to pinpoint the cause of death before Tim left last time

3. In addition to Tim being here to help the Kesse's, I believe his reason for being here on the Anthony case is strictly to testify before the Grand Jury

4. The OCSO has TONS more evidence that we don't even know about

5. George and Cindy know a lot more than they're letting on - hence the DNA testing (I a little less confident of this one)

6. They found either blood evidence or flesh evidence that tells the cause of death

  OK, OMG!!!  I am still trying to catch up on my reading today, but I have to stop and ask about #2???????  Did Tim admit to finding Caylee's body before he left?

Is this Karma Lady for real?  How cruel if she is not telling the truth!  I hope they have found the Caylee and the truth will finally come out.  But, if Karma Lady is not telling the truth, she needs a monkey shower, not GI shower, but a monkey shower!!!!

to me the question is "has the location where the body probably was placed been discovered with testimony, putting the puzzle pieces together, witnesses that will be given to Tim Miller". 

Man o man if I were your friend HH, at this point I would have to be really careful knowing that you so kindly come here & speak with us about your own theories & your friend's responses, if I were them would be holding back, but that's me & I appreciate all your efforts.

Hey everyone.

Been a "lurker" here for quite some time but had to post this. First want to say that I'm not a troll/or troublemaker. Follow this blog/case daily and want justice for Caylee as much as everyone.

Anyway..just got a call from a co-worker of mine whose stepfather works for OSCD. She told me that they have located Caylee's body today. Tells me it was VERY CLOSE to the Anthony house and. I IMMEDIATELY disbelieve this as I told her nothing on the news. I also told her it's probably a rumor since someone posted something today on Craigslist.
She assures me that it is not a rumor and that this info came from her stepdad, a police officer.

I hope it's true. She has no reason to lie to me. She knows how much I live and breathe this case and pray everyday for Caylee.

I guess we will see if there is any truth to this."

I must say that George has always suspected Casey of several things.  He said in his interview that he had doubted that she had a job for a long time.  He followed her once when he saw her leave in Cindy's SUV.  He confronted her about the gas cans.  He suspected her when she did not want him to go near the trunk.  He admitted that he was not sure he wanted his unwed daughter and the child living with them at a time when they were supposed to be enjoying the empty nest.  I got the impression that Cindy held him back every time he started to take charge where Casey was concerned.  Lee and Casey also made fun of him in some emails, when he was unemployed, which was pretty cruel.  LP said that George was the odd man out a lot of the time...left out of the loop between Cindy and the kids.  I think he is exasperated and has Cindy working on him, trying to get him to stand behind Casey even in the face of all this evidence.  In he end, I wonder if he will stay with Cindy if she does not start to deal in the reality of this situation.
