KC in her backwards sort of way probably thought it wasn't stealing if you sign your name to someone else's check and the cashier is dumb enough to accept it. I really think she had gone so far at that point she thought that was small potatoes compared to what she had already done

what i don't understand is how stupid could casey be to write fraudelent checks that belonged to Amy and sign her own name....she knew Amy would return and find her bank account emptied and would find out eventually that casey stole from her.....it seems to me she doesn't care or she doesn't think about any consequences.....she had to know there would be consequences ....

Yes... and the clerk never caught it, either!! Did the check clear the bank? If so.. then the bank is in error also.

I just reviewed the docs again and Casey signed Amy's name on the checks, but used her own license for i.d.

I think you are right. Subconsously Casey knew what she did was wrong and was trying to get caught and punished. I know there are those that will guffaw at this but the subconscious mind behaves in strange ways.

I think you are right. Subconsously Casey knew what she did was wrong and was trying to get caught and punished. I know there are those that will guffaw at this but the subconscious mind behaves in strange ways.

Yes hence what she said this should have happened a longtime ago she wanted to get caught IMO or she knew it was comingto an end

I think LP is justified in having a personal score to settle with Miss Casey. He came in good faith to her whining that no one believed her or would help her yada yada. He did what nobody else in the whole USA would do to help her and she as much as spit in his face. Bless his heart, he really believed Caylee was alive in the beginning. He has had many experiences but it may have been his first with one of those. I tell you Satan himself isn't safe from them. They can make anyone believe anything, short term that is. I hope Mr.LP is there to watch them put the cuffs on her fluffiness . I hope that BS of letting her turn herself in with dignity gets run over by a city bus. Tomorrow I'll tell you how I really feel

I agree with you!! I hope he's there to see her get arrested, and I hope he's there to see her convicted and be taken off to prison! And I hope he will be there when Caylee is found as well! I think he is very emotionally vested in this case, and he did what he did through kindness and concern. He lost money on that bond thing... he's never complained about that!
I liked him from the first minute I saw him, and I like him more now. He is honest and he cares!

Everybody is so quiet.  Casey's freedom is almost gone.  No more myspace, no more facebook, no more office visits to Baez.   

IMO, Caylee is home!!  It is just her shell that is left here on earth.  I want them to find it to help answer the many questions, but if they don't, I am comforted with the thought that she is in amuch better place.
