It amazes me what Casey was able to get away with.  I was using my checks at Target and had an expired liscence and they gave me such a hard time. Yet, she had no problem at either Target.

I think LP is justified in having a personal score to settle with Miss Casey. He came in good faith to her whining that no one believed her or would help her yada yada. He did what nobody else in the whole USA would do to help her and she as much as spit in his face. Bless his heart, he really believed Caylee was alive in the beginning. He has had many experiences but it may have been his first with one of those. I tell you Satan himself isn't safe from them. They can make anyone believe anything, short term that is. I hope Mr.LP is there to watch them put the cuffs on her fluffiness . I hope that BS of letting her turn herself in with dignity gets run over by a city bus. Tomorrow I'll tell you how I really feel

I think we all wanted to believe Caylee was alive.  I even thought the family was just acting at first to get her to open up, boy was I wrong.  As for turning herself in, I don't think LE will be so kind after Baez spit in there face the last time with his snide remarks. 

I hope she is sweating bullets tonight, knowing she is about to be charged with murder. I hope she has nightmares every night for the rest of her miserable life and hears Caylee's voice crying out to her. And I hope she never gets out of prison until she is 100.

what i don't understand is how stupid could casey be to write fraudelent checks that belonged to Amy and sign her own name....she knew Amy would return and find her bank account emptied and would find out eventually that casey stole from her.....it seems to me she doesn't care or she doesn't think about any consequences.....she had to know there would be consequences ....

Yes... and the clerk never caught it, either!! Did the check clear the bank? If so.. then the bank is in error also.

I just reviewed the docs again and Casey signed Amy's name on the checks, but used her own license for i.d.

No.. they showed one check on NG tonight... it was a check belonging to Amy... but the signature was clearly Casey Anthony. Mark Williams also commented on it on NG. It was a big enough screen shot that you could see it pretty close up.

Really?  I just looked at the Winn Dixie, BOA, and one of the Target checks and they were all signed in Amy's name.  Maybe she forgot on that one!!  That's nuts.
