Did you see where LE says they have no smoking gun yet and aren't quite sure how Caylee was killed??

And Why do you think that she will be arrested Friday if the Grand Jury is not until Tuesday?

Yes I did......and Im sure each detective working this case has theor own ideal about what actually happened and will continue to look at clues and wait for evidence and see if maybe a body is found to prove exactly what did happen.....also when I said they might arrest her Friday I was saying that is responce to Tim coming to town saying that maybe they will find her Body before the end of the week ........figure out how she died for shure and charge Casey with murder...

OK HH - you are making me nervous now.  The grand jury is next Tuesday, they have to all the evidence back and theory.....don't they??

They will never have all the evidence until they have a body!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!but without it then they have what they presume that they need to go before the Grand Jury and present a case with the evidence they do have and let the Grand Jury decide if they are holding enough cards to place these charges on her.....

Well Yes I can understand each having their own theories as to what happen, maybe I am mistaken excuse me if I was wrong but I thought you said they had come to the conclusion from the evidence that Caylee died in the pool and Casey did not find her until awhile later and then she did not report her because of the Xanax they would find in her system..IIRC

Yes, I saw it in another forum.  Believe me... that number has been haunting me.  I even bought a subscription to a Reverse lookup website and they didn't have it.  Just gave me long. and lat. for the owner.

I said that with what he had already saw and the things that they had gathered so far that that was HIS presumption of what happened and they will continue to discuss theories and clues and everything else until this is solved or in the event that a body is never found and Casey nevers tells then with the evisense they already have they will go ahead and charge her with murder or homicide with what they already have...
