Good Morning Monkeys.....well I see the slore finally decided to stop wearing the Caylee t-shirt since it wasnt getting her any sympathy I guess she fugured she would try the sex kitten look.......also where is her rosary beads....oh I know they were prolly burning a hole in her chest so they had to go also.......oh well  she can change anything she want s to well  except that pretty shinny new angle braclett she has been given.....LOL

Maybe she got a stain on her t-shirt and couldn't wear it.... ah la Monica Lewinsky's blue dress..... LOL

Does anyone recall if the copy of Caylee's birth certificate included her birthtime?

I know that a lot of the folks on here prefer the empirical, but my dad is a retired FBI agent who has been studying Astrology for the last 20 years... and we had a lengthy conversation last night about this case (he is also here in CT, watches every news show on the planet, and has only heard of this case in passing)... Anyway, I told him that I would LOVE for him to do Casey's chart - which will probably be impossible as her birth time is most likely not publicly available.  He said that he would be interested to see Caylee's chart as well, but needs the birth time for it to be accurate. 

I know a copy of the b.c. for Caylee was in the original doc dump, does anyone have a quick link to it?

and let me add that that thankfully the court did not allow her to attend.
I can not imagine that Casey would be allowed ether.

But honestly, how could they stop her IF she has not been proven guilty by then? Those that you spoke of confessed to the killings, it made sense not to let her go. But KC is innocent  till proven guilty and the court just might let her. Unless they are concerned about her own safety. I know 1/2 of Florida is going to show up for this baby girls funeral. So Sad. 

Good point. However, in our case... to the best I can recall the boys funerals were held before the court convicted and sentenced her. Although she confessed there was still a trial.
Now it has also been brought up that if or when Caylee is found they will most likely release her to the Anthonys. That would allow them to hold a private service and allow Casey to be there I guess. We were fortunate that the boys fathers were present and involved in the boys lives.

Cyn, how awful!  I feel for your friend, I would have most likely been in jail if my ex had killed my child.  She had 2 ex's so she's really lucky she's not dead herself.  I really think I would have taken my chances with a jury...when I was younger of course! (no, probably still today!!)

As far as the remains going to the family.  I felt against it for the longest time but I have to say, they were the only love Caylee knew, however twisted, she would have wanted them to be the ones.  I'm sure she was too young to understand but I still think that's probably what she would have wanted.  I think GA & CA loved her, I hope they did.  I hope she felt loved from someone.  I think she's so much better off now, in Heaven, without a care.

Seriously tho... I think that JB & KC will be trying ANYTHING they can to change the public's opinion of her before the trial... her clothes, her attitude, ANYTHING they can. It's their only hope.

I am so glad the LE people know who is Caylee's father.  I also do not accept automatically that he wanted no part of Caylee's life.  He may not even know or have known that he was the father.  LE went out to California to talk to the Marine and it may be that they checked his dna.  If so, he is very much alive.  Of course, it could be true that the father is dead, but that comes from the Anthonys.  I know many rumors are swirling about the father...he was a family friend, he was killed in a car wreck, he moved out of state, Cindy saw his obit in the paper, he has another family, he is married, he is either George or Lee, etc.  But it is possible he wants to stand up for his child now and claim her body and even sue the family for negligent homicide, cover up or whatever in a civil court.  I have not written him off as uncaring or dead if he is outside the family.  I doubt simply anything said by the Anthonys at this point.

BTW, I have not gotten to read all of the documents and interviews, so I have a question:  Is Mallory on the witness list?  Was she ever questioned by LE?  It seems she may know a lot or suspect a lot.

Lp said, per Des, that the Anthony's all know that the father of Caylee is a family member. Lp says either GA or LA.  Many here, think a 1st cousin maybe. I guess we'll all find out though!

Then there is his words this morning to Meredith on the Today Show that he is not required to put his client in a position of incriminating herself.

When this morning's interview with Meredith and ... his October 2nd words to the media are considered ... Jose Baez is revealing to the world that he knows Casey Anthony participation in regards to the death of her daughter is a felony.
