nancy grace video Oct.7,2008-----  i noticed kc had on gloves yesterday (entering brick building, i think her lawyer or the person that schedules her time, building) . she was w/the man in the red truck & stood at the door before entering and pulled off a light colored pair of gloves(maybe driving gloves).when they exited building and walked back to red truck she had them on again. i think she has had them on before, but can't see videos good enough. i don't know if she was driving or not, when they walked back to truck it looked like she was going to passenger side.  i live in fl. and have never ever seen anyone w/driving gloves.                                                                                    anyone know anything? i don't know how to make picture of confused monkey on msg.

Did you see where LE says they have no smoking gun yet and aren't quite sure how Caylee was killed??

And Why do you think that she will be arrested Friday if the Grand Jury is not until Tuesday?

Yes I did......and Im sure each detective working this case has theor own ideal about what actually happened and will continue to look at clues and wait for evidence and see if maybe a body is found to prove exactly what did happen.....also when I said they might arrest her Friday I was saying that is responce to Tim coming to town saying that maybe they will find her Body before the end of the week ........figure out how she died for shure and charge Casey with murder...

Well Yes I can understand each having their own theories as to what happen, maybe I am mistaken excuse me if I was wrong but I thought you said they had come to the conclusion from the evidence that Caylee died in the pool and Casey did not find her until awhile later and then she did not report her because of the Xanax they would find in her system..IIRC

I  said that was my discussion with my friend and yes that was more or less what I said!!!!!

Right then how can they all have their own theories and be waiting for evidence if your friend told you what they knew??

I said that with what he had already saw and the things that they had gathered so far that that was HIS presumption of what happened and they will continue to discuss theories and clues and everything else until this is solved or in the event that a body is never found and Casey nevers tells then with the evisense they already have they will go ahead and charge her with murder or homicide with what they already have...

OK so this was just his Theory..NOT based on actual events of the crime..I get it now

Sorry if you I ask so many questions but I don't no about you but I am emotionally invested in this case as like so many others.I thought what youwere posting was part of  the actual investigation..All I want is justice for Caylee really...I have talked to so many involved in this case that it has taken a toll on me. So when you posted what your friend knew and from what I was hearing from people i talk to on a daily basis was not coinciding with what you are saying..

anyway we all have one common interest and that is for Justice for Caylee..

Sorry if I'm butting in here and telling something that you've already discovered but it was new to me.

I was on page 10 in the discussion about Casey borrowing Cindy's car and the time of day and Cindy having needed the car for work......

I thought I remembered something from her mother's (Mrs. P's) testimony and went back to check.

I don't recall this being mentioned anywhere but in Mrs. P's testimony.  Cindy took the week's vacation and according to her mother, worked a week or so and then TOOK ANOTHER WEEK OFF.

I talk to alot of people also every single Day also.....and I am very much interested in this case and with everyone I talk to I pretty much get a clear ideal of what is and is not facts.......I want Justice for Caylee more than anything and that is all Im interested in and will continue to be interested in until it is done!!!!!!!!!I will be going to Orlando in the coming week and I will be talking to my friend every single day to get a better ideal of what is and is not fact....I will also help in any way I can and so my main goal right now is to see Justice done for that precious Baby just like everybody elses on here.....

Kistin, my dear - I think what is being said more or less without coming out any being able to say it directly is that: that is the theory of LE.  If a homocide detective relates a theory, it would of course be the theory of all the detectives. I hope or we are in trouble!!
