URGENT!!! I have been trying to contact Nancy Grace but no sucess! LEONARD PADILLA I lived in Orlando and was there yesterday, Oct. 9th. First urgent message to Equusearch - I saw a flock of birds flying over the entrance ramp heading North to the turnpike on the 528 Beeline express way. There is alot of Construction going on at the 528 exit to Turnpike. Birds were swarming over & do this over dead animals or bodies. That is the only place in Orlando I noticed birds flocking over this particular site. Casey had a lapse of time on cell records. She could have dumped Caylee there, putting a bricks in a backpack to keep her from surfacing. My own cousin was abducted & found in ‘81 in S. Fla. dead in a construction site from Chloroform. Still a cold case and body was barely recognized after 15 days - not in water either but clothing identified him. PLEASE HAVE THE SEARCHERS GO TO TURNPIKE EXIT OFF BEELINE EXPRESSWAY 528 - OR LOOK FOR BIRDS ABOVE AREA! I also believe Zani could be a code word for Xanax. Casey could have used this & or Chloroform to put her to sleep. I called in crime tips 2 months ago that she did not report crime for 30 days since she knows Marijuana takes that long to leave your body in case she was drug tested. Then the Nancy Grace show says she was smoking alot of Pot. I was right on with that one! I also reported by her looks she was most likely an escort or call girl or since she was always working at odd hours. They found escort svcs. on her internet search sites. Right again! She must have had the numbers in the Sim Card that she “lost”. I also believe Lee, the brother could be the father. He needs to take a DNA test - reason he could have helped dispose of body. George & Cindy may or may not know. Caylee’s name is Casey and Lee together. Caylee also resembles him around the eyes she does not look like Casey. Right now Jose Baez is obviously her Attorney but also her latest lover, she is not in his office for 6 hours each day watching video games. And Clings too him in every photo. I worked for attorneys, the police need to investigate if he is seeing other clients while she is there. I doubt it. PLEASE INVESTIGATE MY THOUGHTS BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE I PRAY SHE GOES BACK TO JAIL. If this was a neighbor of the Anthonys’ who the cadavar dogs picked up a scent in their car and yard, the Anthony’s would NEVER let THEM out on bail and leaving daily to hang with an attorneys while on house arrest. Keep Casey locked up until you find Caylee. I believe Amy Hyzeinga is not so innocent either. Could she have brought the Chloroform back from Puerto Rico. Has her bags and home been tested for air samples? Casey parked her car next to the Dumpster to disguise the odor in car in case when she was picked up no one would notice it. She did not dump Caylee in dumpster. Please alert Tim Miller at Equusearch for searching near Turnpike Construction site North. THANK YOU LEONARD!!!!

Destiny - can you get this to LP?  TIA

Why would birds be flocking at this point? Dogs like bones, not birds. Of course, birds are flying south for the winter, that is a good reason, but I am not buying a body--not Caylee's anyway. Too long. Sorry. jmo

Buzzards, yes, regular birds, no

Sorry, but buzzards eat dead flesh, not bones; and there is most likely no flesh left. That is what I am trying to say. I was making a joke about the birds flying south. I do know about buzzards.

So it seems obvious that Baez's relationship with Casey is more than just professional, is he really stupid enough to get disbarred by having an affair with her?

Lisa

Lisa;  That is sooo funny you said that.  Before everyone was just kidding about it, but today i detected emotion in his voice when he spoke about her.  He definitely likes her

This is interesting information on a Family Services case regarding Cynthia Anthony. The Outcome date is 11/28/2007. Is that not the exact date that George and Cindy had their disolution of marriage dismissed? I have to wonder what happened?

His father's was Antony's Auto Sales in downtown Niles. George's was on Youngstown-Warren road in Niles near McKinley Plaza. It only lasted a year at best. I believe he named it George Anthony's car lot. Cindy thought having a car dealership would make them a lot of money. She had a nursing degree at that time but didn't use it until they lost their home in Niles. She had worked for Dr. Sterle in Howland as his lead nurse. She got a good job in Orlando working for a doctors clinic that had the Orlando Magic as clients.

Cindy bought the house in 1989 in her name only, in 1999 Cindy AND George borrowed $25,000 against the house. In 2005 Cindy got a loan or line of credit, principal amount of $121,160, against the house. The house is still only in Cindy's name.

Maybe George is not her/Casey's Bio Father

Cindy's Maiden Name is Plesea and her RN Lic is in that Name in Florida " Plesea-Anthony"
https://ww2.doh.state.fl.us/irm00praes/prasindi.asp?LicId=94605&ProfNBR=1701&Lookup=TRUE

I know when I worked for a Doctor * Woman. She obtained her Education Medical Licenses before she got Married. She practices with her Maiden Name. She said in regards to changing her name over, would be too difficult. She as well noted all my Diploma's and Degrees/Certificates/Licenses are in my maiden name.

For Cindy to be have her Maiden name on her License means she obtained her Education/License Pre George. If George is Caseys Dad that would be that she has been practicing before she had Casey.

hmmm

I dug some more https://license.ohio.gov/Lookup/SearchDetail.asp?ContactIdnt=3186578&DivisionIdnt=86&Type=L

Ms Cindy has been Licensed in Ohio for RN going all the way back to 1979.

Shows on Ohio link her license was moved to Orlando. https://license.ohio.gov/lookup/default.asp
No name of Plesea on her Ohio License record, just Anthony.

I just can't figure out Why George has no Alliance or shows none any way.

I know their all worse than the Adams Family could ever Be .........

I think that Cindy is Self Medicating and Can't recall what she has Said ...she has no clue what is really on going ...You could really see it on MSNBC with Matt this morning. She had Tranky's *** Written all Over Her Face****

Did you hear her whisper to someone at the very end of the interview ( they had cut away from Cindy) ... I could hear Cindy whisper ever so quietly I cant hear you .......... or something ....

There were "fractions" around the time Caylee was born. Cindy found out George was gambling on line. He apparently even used his 401k money. She discovered much of this during taxtime. George moved out and live with his parents in Fort Meyers. He worked hard to get his marraige back and eventually Cindy began to forgive but not really forgot. I am pretty sure Casey helped expose the online computer gambling. When George came back home, he actually lived in the spare bedroom - so I don't know if Caylee was born yet.

My sister terri was married to George Anthony during the mid to late 70’s. They dated all through high school and married for about 5 years, of not so wonderful wedding bliss.
She can tell you that George Anthony was an habitual liar. He had to always fabricate his stories, constantly lying, that was the main reason they divorced.

George’s father Lee, owned and operated a very successful used car dealership for many years in Niles, Ohio, called Anthony’s Auto Sales, before retiring to Florida.
I wonder were George learned to lie so well. He was born in to it, litterally.
As they say, “Like father, like daughter.”

Give my sister a call and she’ll enlighten you of George Anthony’s dark, deceitful side evidently passed on to his daughter.

Her name now is Terri Vandervault, living in Niles, Ohio

DAMN!

Anyone know the name of Cindy's counselor???  The one that told her to tell Casey she should try to get custody of Caylee?

Maybe out there .... but .... Lot's of ties to UCF and possibly Jay Blanchard ...

Putting a life back together

Away from the spotlight, Brendan Ganguzza is working to build a dream from a nightmare.

His life unraveled June 10 when his wife, Nicole Ganguzza, a University of Central Florida graduate student, was slain after going for an evening run on a popular east Orange County trail. A massive search for the killer followed, as did a flurry of local and national media attention.
Yet the crime has not been solved.

Nicole, 26, was studying to be a mental-health counselor, and would have helped save struggling marriages and families, her husband said. She would have opened a private practice and maybe even a counseling center, if they found the money.

She would have brought so much to the world, he says. So as the investigation of her slaying continues, he and others work to build a charitable foundation in her honor that will give counseling to those who can't afford it.

"She would have been unstoppable," said Brendan, 31. He hopes he can be unstoppable, too.

Searchers found Nicole Ganguzza's body June 11 near the Little Econ Greenway, one day after her husband reported her missing. Her killer likely planned carefully, collecting information on the park's terrain and crowds to find just the right time and place to attack, Orange County homicide Sgt. Allen Lee said.

The popular running and biking trail passes through Jay Blanchard Park. Ordinarily, hundreds of potential witnesses would have crowded the area, but two storms passed over the crime scene that day -- one just before her 6 p.m. run, and one afterward, so the park was nearly empty, Lee said.

Searching for clues

Fewer than five people have come forward to say they were inside the park at the time of her attack.

A Florida Department of Law Enforcement agent and two detectives continue to work on the case full time, and Lee said their efforts draw on new technology and other resources he would not disclose out of concern for the investigation.

Detectives are awaiting results from laboratory tests for trace evidence such as hair or fibers, he said.

"We want this case solved," Lee said. "You don't know how bad."

Crime analysts created a searchable database of leads. A panel from the FBI reviewed the agency's approach to the investigation, and detectives asked the Orlando Police Department for advice because of their experience dealing with another high-profile disappearance -- that of 24-year-old Jennifer Kesse in January 2006.

A special command center displaying photos of the scene and other information remains operational, Lee said.

"We walk in there every day and look at the pictures over there," Lee said.

Focus on the foundation

A collage of photos from his 2007 wedding sits on Brendan Ganguzza's kitchen table. Nearby is a portrait of him and Nicole inside a silver frame. There are pamphlets for the Nicole P. Ganguzza foundation, too. During a recent interview at his home, he pointed out a logo for the group that features her silhouette with wings drawn from her back, as if she were a butterfly.

Brendan said he takes the days as they come. He gave up his window-tinting business to focus on getting his life back together. If he has trouble sleeping at night, he'll stay in bed late. He tries to spend at least one or two hours a day doing work in honor of his wife's memory.

"I focus on the foundation. I focus on doing well," he said.

And he tries to follow Nicole's example. Since their first date, when she was nervous, spilled her drink, talked too fast, and stopped to change the tire of a stranded motorist she saw on her drive home, he knew she was special. She had the spunk to do anything and everything.

"My wife would have done so much for so many," he said.

Brendan works quickly, as Nicole would have done. In the 3 1/2 months since Nicole's death, he and two of her friends have built a foundation that's in the middle of filing for nonprofit status. So far, he and others have organized a dodgeball tournament, a run Oct. 19 at the University of Central Florida, and a Nov. 7 golf tournament.

Looking back, Brendan realizes he's stronger than he thought, he said. He thanks Nicole for that.

"I feel that I love her more every day."
