I want to point something out. There is a complete file of Caylees DNA. I would imagine it is nuclear. It was done to determine if JG could possibly be Caylees father.

I do remember Jesse said in his testimony that he had a file of the testing and he was willing to give it to investigators. So they probably do have the nuclear .

I have said this several times.  I don't know why it keeps going back to 'they can't determine it by mitDNA".  I'll scoot over and you can bang your head on my wall.  I'd like some company.

We are trying to figure out what is on the JCPenny receipt that Cindy didn't want LE to see.  I'm sure by now LE has the info from JCPenny.  Could Casey have replaced the sandbox?

Sorry, a little OT, but Caylee will get justice one day, just like our Precious Doe did! It may have taken 4 years to figure out she was Erica Green, but hundreds of vigils, and community support paid off.  Maybe there is one sane person in that family who will turn on the little hussie Casey!!

My husband came into my office just as LP was started to talk to Dana.  He just left my office FIVE MINUTES AGO!!!

Well, there is something strange about the whole fatherhood of Caylee deal.  It is so shrouded in secrecy, rumors, lies and half-truths.  Under the circumstances, it seems that the name of the father would be given, whether he is dead or alive, because he or his family deserve to know that his child is missing and probably dead.  In this day and age, it is no great shame to have a child out of wedlock for either the man or the woman.  It happens all the time.  Yet the father in this instance is just so completely out of the picture.  It has always been very curious to me and I have come up with many reasons, especially since Casey clearly needed help with support.  If he is dead, Caylee would be entitled to some benefits, either through social security or an inheritance or both.  If he is alive, he should be helping with child support, whether or not he has another family.  Casey could not begin to support herself and the baby.  I assumed Cindy just wanted full control of the situation.

But it is looking more and more possible to me that there is a very dark and sinister reason for all the secrecy.

As someone said, Padilla could have gotten dna by taking a drinking cup used by Lee.  It would have been easy to do.  In fact, LE could have done the same thing when they interviewed him since they usually offer a person coffee or a soda or water.

Maybe that is why Cindy has lost so much weight and Lee has been AWOL for a while.  I really cannot wait to find out who the father is.

Ah, yes that would explain why she would only hand over receipts and not the statement...is she so naive to think LE wouldn't subpeona it anyway? Nevermind~she is an Anthony!

Thanks, dolce.  This is truly incredible.  I have thought it might be possible that there was some incestuous behavior, but now I just seem shocked and stunned.  I doubt LP would go out on that limb unless he had some inside info.  It would be a terrible allegation to make if untrue.  And yet there has been so much nonsensical secrecy and lying about the father of Caylee.  My Lord, this trial is going to be so very sensational if this is true.  And if true, it will mean that Lee is probably the one who helped Casey dispose of the body or cover up in other ways.

Gosh, I just don't know what to think anymore.  It is all so unsettling.  If I were Cindy, George or Lee, I would be screaming to the rooftops that there was no truth to it.  And their lawyer is so silent, too.  I wonder if the tabloids will pick up on this.  Maybe they hope that it will be published and they can sue for big bucks.  I don't know.  I just do not know.  I still cannot believe it is true.  And yet I can believe it.

It's so disturbing I can't wrap my mind around it!  From what I understand, Mallory and Lee dated for quite a while and were probably dating when he and Casey *possibly* conceived Caylee.  But how does that happen?  Were they drunk or did they like to hook up from time to time?
