So, what is the significance of the Jcp sandbox? Are we saying she hauled that around on the 27th? I haven't been here long enuf to know what's happenin

she woulda had ta EMPTY the old one, put the sand in something andtoys and all, get new, everything, I was thinking more last minute. She hadn't backed in and out in weeks?

We are trying to figure out what is on the JCPenny receipt that Cindy didn't want LE to see.  I'm sure by now LE has the info from JCPenny.  Could Casey have replaced the sandbox?

LP needs to register and become a monkey already!  His insight is great and its pieces of puzzle we do not have or have not gotten to yet.

I want to point something out. There is a complete file of Caylees DNA. I would imagine it is nuclear. It was done to determine if JG could possibly be Caylees father.

I do remember Jesse said in his testimony that he had a file of the testing and he was willing to give it to investigators. So they probably do have the nuclear .

Sorry, a little OT, but Caylee will get justice one day, just like our Precious Doe did! It may have taken 4 years to figure out she was Erica Green, but hundreds of vigils, and community support paid off.  Maybe there is one sane person in that family who will turn on the little hussie Casey!!

About the sandbox....

I guess I am not following the logic with the sandbox (although I think she bought something incriminating at jcp) and here's why - the missing receipt is from june 26th or 27th right ?  If that's the case, she wasn't really hanging out at the house at that time, right  ?   so when did she replace the sandbox ? 
(sorry, there has been so much monkey chatter I can't keep up with it all and may have missed some key points....)

Hudsunn - I have no idea if he knows, but made the exact same points as you. Why would he risk a lawsuit based on conjecture. There is more expected of and from him than you or I.

Destiny knows the truth and I trust Destiny. You see I know her much longer and better than you and I know the info she is capable of gathering and the good deeds she does on a daily basis. I know Destiny's track record. Most here have just met her.

I can't see a reason why Padilla would make this all up. And I see no reason why the Anthony's attorney has not respond. I made this points weeks ago. Nothing has changed.

I have said this several times.  I don't know why it keeps going back to 'they can't determine it by mitDNA".  I'll scoot over and you can bang your head on my wall.  I'd like some company.

I will only speak for myself, I could not imagine LP being in possession of any of these reports from law enforcement or from JG & was thinking that he was reading between lines of what had been published in the media & what he was hearing around on phone calls & speaking with people, but just didn't think that any of these reports would have been handed over to him.  That for me is what it comes down to.  He isn't exactly a clear communicator, imo.
