Yes, I believe Tim is in Orlando right now to meet with LE and look over the possible search areas to see if they have dried up enough.

Yeah!!  Its like Christmas in October!  How exciting this week is...boy is next week going to be a doosey!!

Hi Nikki, I'm not Klaas but this may help. Wed nite on NG, Tim & LP were both on. LP said when Tim heads to Orlando "in the morning" they will start searching again & he has no doubts that Caylee will be found. I believe Tim got to Orlando yesterday. He does have another case he is there for too, Kesse. He needed to meet with LE before the team arrives. Just how I'm seeing it!

I've been lurking here for a while and am wondering about one thing - WHY IS EVERYONE WAITING FOR TES ?
I live in TX but if I were in the Orlando area, I believe I would have taken off work Tuesday and taken my "ping map" and gone and looked for that baby !!
I wonder if LE is protecting those areas ?

I think the body was found way back when TM left the first time and he's just here first for the Kesse's and to testify at the Grand Jury for Caylee?

We have been told NO BODY has been found but I wonder if a partial body was found? 

Maybe some bones? Remember Des' call to the body farm?????????????????????????

Des called the body farm in Tennessee and asked to talk to someone that had been in on the testing in the Caylee Anthony case and the gentleman on the phone responded "I wasn't in on the bone recovery."

I remember that!  We can sure hope.....

Welcome!

TES is the best!  They work with LE and have special equipment for use in certain areas.  They are also trained on how to treat anything found that is of interest to the case.

There are some independent search teams that have continued to search the various areas.  These are not areas easy to search, we are talking woods and swampy like areas where there's probably allegators.

I don't think the body was found because I believe the family would have to be notified, if Caylee was identified.  It's possible though, that evidence
relating to Caylee or Casey (discarded clothing or such) might have been.

We don't know that the family hasn't been notified.  CA, GA and LA all were at the Sheriff's office this week for a meeting.

I have a feeling that there will be NO NEW information presented to the Grand Jury next week.  If you think about it, they only have to have "Probable Cause" to indict her.  Think of the evidence we all know about right now - that is going to be enough.

LE does not have to expose all of there evidence at this time, and they will not let the Baez team have any new damning evidence until they absolutely have to - once she has been properly charged.
