I think the motive was revenge. Casey was jealous of Caylee plus Caylee crimped her style.  Casey got mad at Cindy and got rid of the problem.

I think the "motive" angle they were trying to come from was she killed Caylee cuz she couldn't go to Puerto Rico w/her friends ... Don't know if I'm buying that ...

Yes, seemed that was what NG and that man were going at.  But the local lady, don't remember her name, seemed to me to be indicating big motive evidence.  As in maybe shocking!  Course monkeys and LP have been smelling the bottom of that cage for awhile now!

I think they might have been trying to say that Casey felt like Caylee bogged her down and prevented her from doing a lot of things, not just the trip to PR. Caylee was cramping her lifestyle. Let me tell you, tho... I was a single mom for quite a few years. That girl partied more in a WEEK than I did in YEARS... and I didn't kill my kids! I was lucky if I got to go out once a month, or less often sometimes.

I have a hard time with premeditaion too... I just don't know, but whatever happened, it is sickening. To think of all the people in the world who want babies and have to go through so much just to adopt them... and this so-called mom gets rid of hers, permanently, like a piece of garbage... I will never understand people who hurt kids, much less kill them, not if I live to be 100!
I was so glad to see and hear Tim M. on NG tonight. This man is a saint! God bless him!

I cannot believe all of the inconsiderate people out there that are so completely brain-washed by the media and think that I actually did murder my daughter...those words are even hard for me to type at this point, let alone to actually commit the crime under speculation. As I have stated NUMEROUS times, I left my daughter with her babysitter. I don't know what happened after that point!!!! My hope is that by airing this story on lifetime, maybe......just maybe someone out there recognizes my little girl and the proper authorities are notified and she is brought home safely to her family. That is the sole purpose and intention of this!! Please stop saying negative things about me and my family and help us to search for my little girl!

Motive

I think Casey was and is filled with rage.  We don't know what brought her to that point.  I don't really think she was jealous of her daughter, I think she was suffocated by her.  She wanted to be away from her mother's control.  She wanted a man of her own and someone who worshiped her.  I think Tony was a convient source to her fantasy's.  She has no self esteem so she has to pretend she is someone she is not.   When her mother strangled her that night I think it was symbolic of the suffocation she was already feeling trapped in her parents whims.  She knew than she could not escape, the only thing holding her back was Caylee.  I think she transferred all of her resentments and anger on to her and when she realized she would never be free she strangled her.  What she didn't realize was that she was digging her own grave at the time too.   JMO

and just to add to my own post:

I think there was something about Tony that made her feel better about herself.  Whether it was her helping him at fusion and really feeling like an event planner, or cooking for him and his friends (feeling needed).  I think he gave her something no one else ever did before and she didn't want to lose it.  At the same time she wasn't able to spend nights with him because of Caylee and Cindy's not wanting to watch Caylee 24/7.  I think stealing may have been so easy for her because she felt spiteful that something had been stolen from her.  That could have been her innocence her freedom or her self esteem, don't know. 

Of course I could be wrong on every count...

Just got here....whew!   

1.  From the 14 - 19th - she text Lee one time (that is the only phone activity between them).  2:27 pm on the 19th of June.

2.  On the 16th, at 7:45 am, home phone called KC's (and there is no ping info for that time)

3.  June 19th @ 3:07 pm (University & Econ)  1 of 3 Areas of intrest (NG)

4.  No communications with 4058 until the 19th of June, right around noon.

Possibly, Casey was molested growing up.  When it happened to Caylee, she panicked, thinking she couldn't allow it to keep happening to her too.  Then her mother, Cindy, said she was going to get custody of Caylee and that was the last straw. That would mean she would continue to live in that home.

I was so freaked out by Lee's Sept 16th Ebay purchase I didn't get to add this. Lee obviously has that same callous disconnect about what is appropriate in a situation. Like the laughing during a critical and serious time. With buying this hideous Halloween mask and potentially wearing it, doesn't he have a clue that maaaybe this isn't the best time for partying and in such a ghoulish way? He's not taking it in, that is his flesh and blood niece he should be searching for, he just tunes out like Casey. He's so selfish because he doesn't care if he ruins anyone's party.Anyone seeing him partying in that mask will really be disturbed under the circumstances. Any children totally scared over the top, the mask couldn't be more scary. Just a big joke to him. This should be a time for extra kindness and gentleness towards children. Also all the Ironman trading cards, figurines, crap he buys obsessively. Another immature way to not deal with reality.
