Well, scientific evidence is scientific evidence. Even if Baez sees the evidence, he can't change it. He can make up lies about it, but the evidence will speak for itself. And who knows - maybe if it looks serious enough, Casey will go ahead and confess.

Calling in false tips..there can be charges filed against her for doing this upon discovery, if she's falsly claiming..etc...I hope OCSO..charges her and gets her sorry azz out of the way here...even if for a month.

I do not know why the judge is granting these motions that are STRICTLY for the murder case and they have NOTHING to do with the child neglect case!

Keep in mind he's granting that they be turned over within 10 days.  I believe within 10 days Casey will be arrested on Murder charges without bail.  It will become a mute point as these things will be pertaining to the murder charge.
