dang feed keeps going out..darnit...i was enjoying watching byebyeez sweat and elfin man show off his huge vocabulary...lol

We pretty much have to trust what we have been told about LE being ready to go to Grand Jury and that charges are coming down within days...if that happens these motions will be bunk basically and will be part of the discovery for the upcoming murder trial anyway...as long as we are ready to throw her butt back in the can within the 10 days the defense gets no leg up or headstart on anything....and really why bother taking up the courts time at this point...they KNOW its coming...to me this is all a day late and dollar short on Defense teams part...

The manner in which the judge was speaking in regards to her "leeway to do some looking in private" leads me to believe he will not decide today...and that he may think my Monday it will not matter where she asks to look because it will be a done deal as far as locating remains...I don't think he was falling for that load of hooey anyway...especially after the "live child in the trunk" comment...

This whole thing is just despicable....and I cannot even fathom what that MOMster could be thinking while she is holed up on Hopespring drive....she cannot believe that anyone is buying this crap...and really believes her story...all while she acts nonchalant...strutting around sporting stolen goods....UNREAL....

I just got off the phone with an ex DA...he says the judge is only giving what the law allows....nothing more.....and because he mentioned probable murder charges coming down he doesn't want to do anything that JB could use in defense at a murder trial. Doesn't believe he will grant her time to seach privately...

I hope you're right, but it seems to me Baez has gotten more than he deserved under the law. Just my own opinion.

He will allow him a few licks because he knows what the outcome of this will probably be - shes's not going anywhere.

OK, I can't hear the phone guy's testimony or what the Elf is asking!! It looks like Baez wants the state to do his job for him and hand over all their work to him while KC sits in his lap! She's there 6 hours a day, why can't he just send her home early and go look at these "places of interest" by himself?? He can phone her and say "Look, I'm at Fusions and I'm not seeing the child's menu anywhere!"

Defense wants access to reports, logs and other documents for evidence dealing with chloroform, DNA, cadaver dogs and other evidence.

Ashton - None of these things are not going to used in neglect case. The request for information about cadaver dogs can be recieved through public records request from the sheriff's office. That has not been done.

Judge -- He denies paragraph 5 - request about cadaver dogs.

But the inspections dealing with air samples analyzed at the body farm may be limited to reports or statements of experts regarding that.

Ashton says there are reports from the body farm.

Judge grants the motion. The state must present reports, logs and statements dealing with DNA, air samples, hair strands and chloroform found in trunk within the next 10 days.

Awww...don't cry. I really think it's going to be okay.

This case is not OJ's first case. Casey isn't famous, and she doesn't have the money to hire GOOD attorneys to get her off scott free. She is a slore no one likes who murdered her beautiful, innocent baby. Who is going to let her get away with that?

You have to remember that the back seat folds down, so between Lee (who had the car before first) and Casey, I'm sure that someones semen would be found in that car.

they're blogging on the Orlando Sentinel but the short short version is the judge has granted most of the motions and has not ruled on the home confinement issue, he plans to do that later today or Monday.  Baez has looked like an ass most of the time and the judge has basically told him Several times to "do his job", not to expect the State or anyone else to do it for him.
