I've been waiting for this comment.  But was afraid to bring it up.
You have to remember that the back seat folds down, so between Lee (who had the car before first) and Casey, I'm sure that someones semen would be found in that car.

Ya but Lee's is the Dna they wanted and he wouldnt give it up...WHY?????

I contend that Lee Anthony assisted his sister in the coverup and ... his concern is that his DNA will be a match to DNA found in the trunk of Casey's vehicle.  Maybe one of the strands of hair ....

A lie detector test and ... a DNA test culd be very incriminating.

If Baez believes Casey and Casey has been specific with a particular Zenaida Gonzales, then why the hell does Baez need the state's folder of every ZG they've got any information on??

I don't see that the Defense is running anything.

I see a confident State, awesome DA and I'm glad to know that Baez is totally out of his league.  KC really needs to get a new lawyer.

Everyone calm down.  The defense is allowed access to all evidence, witnesses, etc. in preparing for a trial and the subsequent court proceedings.  Even Casey is protected under out Constitution.  The judge's role is not the same as the prosecution's role. It's the duty of the judge to make certain Casey's rights are protected.  It is always better to err on the side of excess in order to avoid any future appeal decisions that could overturn his decision.  Judge's don't like to be second guessed by the higher courts.

That might have to do with the refusal of the Judge to rule on request on all info from DFS...and sheets possible taken off of Casey/Caylee's bed in the Anthony Home when evidence was taken from the home in the beginning.....JMOO...Des
