Bourgeois, Patrick a man who claimed to attend high school with Casey. Visited her in jail on 7/24/08 Casey had trouble remembering who he was and had little to say during their conversation, which lasted less than 2-minutes. Patrick says "I hung out with Mike Walker"...Casey says "okay" in a very nonchalant way.  There is no Patrick Bourgeois listed in the Colonial High 2004, 2003, or 2005 alumni list

Little things seem to haunt me...I think so I won't dwell on Caylee so much.

At first, I think we suspected it was a fake ID of a Zenaida Gonzales.. or heck.. stolen from a real one. Who knows? LOL  And the last thing we suspected IIRC was that it was Amy's ID. 

Orchid, I read that incorrectly, too.  That 85 date is the BD of the clerk who sold the beer.  You wouldn't believe how long I wondered about that...lol

I have been wondering about this too, because the date on the target receipt for $155.47(where she buys the beer) is 5-16-85, and isn't Casey's birthday 3/19?

TYVM for keeping me straight. I guess I can erase that one from my things don't add up notes.

Does anyone else feel that the judge is going to allow Casey to search "privately" with her attorney and the bondsman?  I guess I feel that he will since it is something he taking under advisement.  I can see her trying to flee and I would not put it past Baez to help her out.  He seems to be very emotionally invested in Casey.

I was thinking since the judge made the decision to put that motion on hold, it might fall into the timeline of the grand jury indictment of Casey.  At which time she will be arrested and will need to post bond again.  Which if the arrest is for (hopefully murder 1) will probably carry a bond of at list a million.

I dont think he will.........I think she has done too much BAD in this case and  all the lying and stuff and then th Hrand Jury meeting is coming up and so NO I dont think he will....

Murt, I have a question since you live in the general area.

Based on the document dumps that have already been released, do you think they will release any of the testimony from the grand jury?  I understand in Florida it can be done legally.

By the way, I've read your comments and think you have a very good feel for doing the right thing.

I do not think any record of the GJ hearings will come out before the discovery process in preperation for the trial which will result from the GJ indictments. GJ hearings are generally closed to the public and it takes a judge to allow for the release of any records.
