A bunch of us Monkeys are listening/watching the Murt site and he's answering both sites. He just joined the Monkey cage tonight!

Stacey, the way I understand it...she will not be allowed to attend unless (of course) she is called as a witness for the prosecution.  Pardon my language but that ain't gonna happen!

I don't think she has to be there and NO, I don't think she'll show unless subpoened to show

IIRC, even the witnesses don't stay in the hearing~they testify and leave. I don't think a defendant is ever called to testify becuse they can plead the 5th...JMO

I agree...he doesnt have much of a leg to stand on.......and the prosecution has alot.....much more than we know...
