KCJackieOh no, you didn't upset me at all! Fortunately, my child is a good sleeper!  LOL!  I was trying to find the clothing list LE took from Casey's closet.  I'm wondering if the JCPenney purchase was a new pair of grey pin-striped pants.  I don't believe Cindy washed Casey's stinking-like-a-dead-body-in-the-car pants.  Would anyone here honestly have put something like that in your washing machine? 

I never believed that Cindy washed any clothes.  I would never put that in my machine.  I would have put it in a plastic bag (probably double) and threw it away.

San, I would have too.  This made me start thinking of all the stuff the A's probably DID throw away.  I know LE has so much more information than we have, and so many of the unanswered questions will have an answer.  I just think the trial will blow us away when all the pcs fall into place.  I truely think we will be shocked at all the horrid information to come, and the extent to which the A's tried to cover up.  Someone earlier posted about Cindys lies, I cannot wait for her to be confronted by her own words....this will be the best part of the trail!

Was it ever confirmed that we will have access to the GJ info per Florida law or will it just "leak" out? I can't wait to see that damn JCP statement!

The records of the Grand Jury hearing will be sealed untill before the Trial for whatever charges the CJ indicts her on. The GJ hearings are closed to the public.

The SA can make general comments as to what caused the GJ to issue an indictment in general terms. The members of the jury will not make any comments due to the conditions of the oath they signed.

I am a little confused with this question. I do not have an avatar yet. MURT is a username I have had for a long time. Murt is a nickname I have had since my school days.

About the chloroform –

Someone with insider info (HH or Des) dropped a hint here a while back that LE thinks that Caylee died in the pool because of the presence of the chloroform – apparently when chlorinated water mixes with the ammonia in a dirty diaper, chloroform can be produced and so that’s their theory.  (I did some quick searches and found yes this can happen with chlorine and ammonia) -

However, there have been reports that the “chloroform” was googled on the anythony’s computers as well. 
So this monkey wants to know –
1)   when was chloroform googled by the anthony’s ?  I vaguely remember one poster saying it was actually in May – if true then could still be possible that this was Casey’s drug of choice for little Caylee so she could go out and party ? 
2)   did LE find any evidence of purchase of or possession of chloroform by any of the anthony’s ?   (I have not heard this but could be some of the close-held evidence that they have). 
3)   OR was chloroform searched up by the anthony’s AFTER LE told them it was detected in the trunk of the car ?

KC needed tough love from her parents years ago- if they had just showed some courage and dealt with her a lot of this would not have happened.   I was just sitting here trying to imagine what would have happened to me if I had spoken to my parents with  the contempt that KC speaks to hers-   f*** is in every sentence she used.

Murt hasn't figured out the avatar stuff yet. What I did notice is that after the Monkeys started rattling the bars over there, Meatballs dropped out of the conversation. Murt was answering questions on his own site and here in the Monkey cage at the same time. He really liked it here and made mention of that several times. I think Meatballs got fed up and left.  We will have quite a few new monkeys soon b/c the streamers over there were saying they wanted to be Monkeys too! Honestly, I looked around before joining here and this was the best open forum and the best information out there. You can ask any question and nice monkeys will answer you and explain what you are not comprehending. People are comfortable here and no idea is dissed without proper facts to back it up.

That was not Des, that would have been HH.  The forensic evidence came back to state the the chloroform was in pure form, meaning it had not been produced due to certain elements mixing. 
I have read many of HH's posts and she even states that the info she is given from her friend in LE is his opinion based on what he has seen and heard....

I heard the chloroform found in the trunk was a "pure" form of it, so it couldn't of been a mixture of any other ingredients

Yes that idea has been tossed around a few times. Given her crime was towards a child she would be in danger in population at a prison.

The Daily Routine of Death Row Inmates

Death Row &
Death Watch cells:
   A Death Row cell is 6 x 9 x 9.5 feet high. Florida State Prison also has Death Watch cells to incarcerate inmates awaiting execution after the Governor signs a death warrant for them. A Death Watch cell is 12 x 7 x 8.5 feet high.

Men on Death Row are housed at Florida State Prison in Starke, FL, and Union Correctional Institution in Raiford, FL. The women on Death Row are housed at Lowell Correctional Institution Annex in Lowell, FL.
   
Meals:    Death Row inmates are served meals three times a day: at 5:00 am, from 10:30 am to 11:00 am and from 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Food is prepared by prison staff and transported in insulated carts to the cells. Inmates are allowed plates and spoons to eat their meals. Prior to execution, an inmate may request a last meal. To avoid extravagance, the food to prepare the last meal must cost no more than $40 and must be purchased locally.    
   
Visitors:    All inmate visitors must be approved before visitation is allowed. Questions regarding an inmate's visiting day(s), visiting hours, and special visits should be directed to the Classification Officer responsible for the inmate at the inmate's assigned facility. Questions may be sent by letter, e-mail or by telephone. Members of the news media may request Death Row inmate interviews through the Department of Corrections Public Affairs Office at (850) 488-0420. The inmate must agree to the interview and the interview will be non-contact.    
   
Showers:    The inmates may shower every other day.    
   
Security:    Death Row inmates are counted at least once an hour. They are escorted in handcuffs and wear them everywhere except in their cells, the exercise yard and the shower. They are in their cells at all times except for medical reasons, exercise, social or legal visits or media interviews. When a death warrant is signed the inmate is put under Death Watch status and is allowed a legal and social phone call.

Magazines &
Entertainment:    Inmates may receive mail every day except holidays and weekends. They may have cigarettes, snacks, radios and 13" televisions in their cells. They do not have cable television or air-conditioning and they are not allowed to be with each other in a common room. They can watch church services on closed circuit television. While on Death Watch, inmates may have radios and televisions positioned outside their cell bars.    
   
Clothing:    Death Row inmates can be distinguished from other inmates by their orange t-shirts. Their pants are the same blue colored pants worn by regular inmates.

Murt, thank you for being such a good sport and playing with us last night. I haven't had that much fun and laughter in a long time. Things can get pretty serious here in the cage and it can be very overwhelming when we think about 2 year old Caylee being in that position, discussing her demise and all the gory details. Laughter is needed once in a while to help us all cope with the atrocities of this case. BooMonkey loves Murt!

That being the case, I wonder how tight then is their theory that she died in the pool ?  and based on what evidence ?  (only other evidence I can think of is that CA said that when she got home from work on Monday June 16th the pool ladder was on the pool and the gate to the backyard was open) -
