MM - I know she got her nails done when Tony was in NY, which I found strange because I would think she would want to show them of to him.  I am pretty sure that she got her tattoo on Juy 2nd.  It was in this time frame!  Does this help?

Did anyone ever read an explanation of the whitish "id" that the woman LE took from Casey's wallet?  (mentioned in Lee's interview)

Little things seem to haunt me...I think so I won't dwell on Caylee so much.

I was wondering about that "id" too... and if they took one thing out of the wallet... then why didn't they take the whole wallet?

Was this a detective or just a random cop who had responded?  Seems weird that they would take one thing and not just the whole thing if they were already collecting evidence.

I think that Lee was talking about the woman LE at that point.  Strange though that LE (she/he) left the room while the purse was being dumped and gone through.    I hope whatever the "id" was comes out at trial because I got the impression the LE knew what it was and didn't want the family to see.  I've thought of everything from her being a drug runner to escort to informant and then other stuff.  I can't imagine it being a simple "id" and being snatched away quickly.  The LE whether male or female grabbed it quickly before any of the family could process what it was.  (Before I knew about Casey, I even thought it might have been a condom and they didn't want to "embarrass" the family...guess I very naive!)

I believe it would have had to be after she had Caylee.  In one of her interviews, Cindy mentioned that Casey's work insurance paid for the birth, etc.

hi MsJoni- I think you're right about that- I remember somebody saying that on (I think it was) NG the other night..  While I doubt Casey will get the death penalty, it wouldn't surprise me (if the evidence is good) that the state would at least try to seek it.  I suppose we'll have to wait and see what goods they have on her. 

Can you think of any women who have gotten the DP (in recent years) for murdering their child?  (Did that lady who killed her two sons - and shot silly string at their graves - get the DP? I can't remember).

I think she would be more likely to get life, especially if no body is found...juries are more hesitant to give the DP than life...

Even if the jury gives her life, she won't live longer than 5 years on the inside...guaranteed

That craigslist post.. if it's even written by somebody who knows Mallory personally.. I don't think they mentioned that she was pregnant. The person was yelling at Casey for breaking them up, but no mention of something like "how messed up is that! Now the kid will grow up without a dad!".     I really hope we get some more info..  (hmm. Wonder if Mallory will testify at trial?)

Thanks so much for all the support and input ... per all of your advice I sent an email with 10 photos of search area and bones along with my name and phone number ....

I hope I am not wasting LE's time as I know they are busy ... that is not my intention but I sure do feel better ... Maybe I will get some sound sleep tonight ...

Assuming it's true that Mallory dumped Lee, I think the reason would be as follows - she nags him repeatedly about why he's taking up for Casey and possibly also why he won't submit to dna testing - he then admitted to her that he fathered the child and she dropped him immediately !  (all conjecture of course...)

According to the computer forensic info, didn't she write her crazy "Diary of Days" on July 2 as well?  I know Cindy posted hers on the 3rd, but for some reason I thought that I saw that the word doc on Casey's computer was actually created before her mother's post?

That was her previous employment Kodak ID, it was on a lanyard, which is a soft shoelace like rope.

Boo, I think Lee would have recognized that or perhaps her mother or father would have.  He described it as looking like the "old" drivers' license...as in paper kind, I think.  I also think that LE wouldn't have had time to identify it as a fake or forged ID from the description Lee gave of how it was quickly removed by LE.  I really have no idea but little things I can't logically resolve drive me batty!
