I don't see how he could considering what she was doing those days.partying, playing Suzy homemaker and shopping sprees on someone else's money..she certainly showed no concern or even fear....except the time Tony said she woke up with the sweats.....and IMO that was probably drugs or concern for her own nasty ass....but certainly not about Caylee

Exactly. I think they'll try whatever tactic they can to lay the blame elsewhere but in the end it all comes back to rest on Casey's shoulders. They will bury her.

ya know, at some point this case will conclude, and in the mean time TES will have located more missing people.

Tim Miller does not owe the Anthonys anything. Nothing, zero, zilch.. nada! As the case concludes and Casey is sent on her merry way to spend the rest of her life either awaiting the needle of death, or for death to come in old age... there will be a lot to think about.

Casey will not care, you all know that... but Cindy Anthony will look back on the time she had a chance to recover her granddaughter and spit in the face of the people who were willing to go to any length to find Caylee. When the cameras are gone and the donations jars have dried up and no one is willing to hire her. Would you hire Cindy as a nurse when she can't even drum up any sympathy or caring for her own granddaughter? What kind of care would you receive? And would any doctor or health care chain wish for instant bankruptcy when the word gets out that Cindy Anthony works there? It will be a long lonely miserable life - what's left of it anyway.

Those days will be long past, and as Cindy grows old and reflects on her own life, she will realize the missed chances to make some things right in this world.

I'll have no sympathy for Cindy or George... or the mama's boy wimp Lee.

Life is about opportunities... some gained and some lost.

is she allowed to go to the GJ tomorrow.  I would want to be there if I were her, but that's just me.  I would want to look them in the face, let my presence be the act of non guilt. 

Only the grand jury, the prosecutor, the witness under examination, the court reporter and an interpreter (if one is required) may be present in the grand jury room.

another thought about the freezer -- maybe the Anthonys hardly used it. Casey would know this. I know my mom/stepdad have some meat from probably a few years ago down in their freezer right now.

Don't throw nanners at me....but when I watched it, I thought Baez was laughing cause that reporter caught him in the elevator and would not stop...........it just seemed that he was laughing at her...not the case. JMHO

I just received a call from Tim Miller, the founder and director of Texas EquuSearch, regarding the searches for Caylee Anthony, Jennifer Kesse and Kelly Morris.

In regard to the search for Caylee and Jennifer, Tim said that the conditions in Orlando, Florida, are not favorable at this time to continue those searches. Waters in the search areas remain high and the vegetation has not yet started to die off. As a result, both of those searches have been postponed until the first or second week of November.

thanks.....I am wondering WHO this guy is that Tim would call him....uummm I am a doubting Thomas for sure....perhaps he called TIM.....who knows ...I am still sitting tight waiting for confirmation from someone I know and trust....

FWIW.....I just spoke this AM with person deeply involved with the case....(not LP)...I was told...*there is significant new evidence currently being forensically tested*....this is NEW evidence from the Orange County Crime Division....sorry I can't say more at this time.....but I promise you this info is accurate...Des

He used to write for crime library. I do believe he is reputable and a professional crime writer. A good chance Tim would call him.

I see that we are thinking out side of the box, well inside the box in this case, but I do not think that Casey's "plans" were to perserve the body by any means.  I think she was doing her best to get rid of it, be done with it, be gone already sort of mentality.  Judging by the length in time she wasted before saying anything, and even after being caught tried to waste time, my opinion is that she knew the elements she was dealing with and she wanted them to take their toll so she could get off for her crime if her mom found her.  She murdered Caylee the first month of hurricane season here in Florida.  I know that sounds coincidental to anyone outside of this state, but to me that sounds interesting as its also the start of our rainy misserable season.  Living here all my life I know this, you can set your watch to it in the Summer, she knows it too I am sure.
She researched prior, she got the "motive" she needed to make others feel guilty for her actions (Cindy choaking her), and she killed Caylee when the timing was right for her.
