Tuesday's grand jury testimony will be behind closed doors, but sources are revealing more information to Eyewitness News about what will happen.

Casey Anthony's mother Monday accused prosecutors of playing politics and rushing the case to the grand jury before the November election, but Eyewitness News was told there are more important deadlines, legal ones, steering the strategy.

Casey could've pleaded guilty to child neglect to try to close the case before more serious charges were filed. Taking it to the grand jury stops that.

"Are you nervous about the grand jury?" WFTV reporter Kathi Belich asked Casey Anthony on Monday.

Casey didn't answer as she rushed to her weekly jail. She was not wearing her big white stolen sunglasses, either.

Casey's father George, a former sheriff's deputy in Ohio, will be one of the key witnesses against her Tuesday before the grand jury.

Casey's mother came to the jail Monday, as well, complaining that investigators are no longer accepting tips about Caylee.

"I'm worried for my granddaughter. Casey is gonna be able to defend whatever is out there right now, because it's just purely circumstantial evidence. I'm worried for Caylee. I found out they are no longer taking tips on my granddaughter," Cindy Anthony told Eyewitness News.Because they have proof that she is not alive you stupid mother of a hussy!!!!

Eyewitness News has learned the grand jury will hear from half a dozen witnesses Tuesday, investigators from the Orange County Sheriff's Office and the FBI, FBI lab specialists and Casey's father. The grand jury will hear how investigators found high levels of the potentially toxic chemical chloroform in the trunk where they say Caylee's body had been.

If the grand jury indicts Casey for murdering her daughter Caylee, prosecutors would very likely drop the child neglect charge against her, because she couldn't be charged with neglecting Caylee by not reporting her missing if she had already killed her.

Depending on what the grand jury does Tuesday, Casey's visit to her lawyer's office Monday could be one of her last and Monday night could be the last night she spends at her parents' hou

Reading this comment from CA made me decide to quit lurking!  Every ounce of sympathy I had for this woman is gone.  I was trying so hard to understand her and understand what it must have been like to deal with a child who is a sociopath.  I have a sibling with these traits and I have seen the overwhelming need to normalize their antics.  But, the Anthony's have had time to discover what the issues were/are.  I guess I thought the gparents would "come around", read a book, talk to a Dr., understand what they were dealing with.  And instead we get these comments about a politically motivated DA.  Yeeck!

But, it does make me wonder......maybe LP's comments are dead on.  The Anthony family is pulling out the stakes it seems to cover up something odious.....something that came before a murder.

I think we should work at getting a Caylee's Law on the books.

If your child is under the age of 12, it should be illegal to wait longer than a few hours hours to report to LE that your child is missing.

You would report a baby missing sooner than a teenager, so the hours would have to be worked out when making Caylee's law... but no parent should get away with not reporting a missing child longer than a day in my book.

CINDY, WAKE UP!!

My nine year old daughter could look at a mere fraction of the evidence we've heard and know that your daughter is guilty.

Also, the phrase that "all they have is circumstantial evidence" does not mean that it is a weak case.   I would bet that a majority of the criminal cases tried and resulting in convictions in the U.S. are based on just that - circumstantial evidence.  Not many crimes have eyewitnesses - especially those that are premeditated.

1.  If all evidence is "circumstantial" ... RELAX ... give the GJ credit!  It so .... it will be ok ... the GJ has nothing to "gain" from convicting w/out cause ...

2.  If LE is no longer taking tips ... then hire a PI ... give the first person (PI) "book rights" "movie deals" that finds Caylee alive if it is your belief that she is ....

3.  Have Baez's PI tell your PI where to find the mysterious man with the picture of ZG, CA and Caylee ... there's where I would start ....  again RELAX  Baez has located this man and he has a PICTURE! ...  it's all good ...

Hey ... where is this picture anyhow ... ?????   If Casey is "preparing" for confinement .. you'd think Baez would have released it to prompt people to look for the mysterious woman!

As far as for Casey ... Please tell her when you steal something to give it back ... to continue to wear those sunglasses and clothing she stole (circumstantial evidence?) is wrong ... my kids took candy from the store down the street when they were 5 and I marched them right back down and made them hand it over, I didn't let them eat it!  ....  If she continues to wear these items ... I'm afraid it will be hard for some to believe her when she wears her "Missing Child" t-shirt ....

Monkeys, I was on a 3 way call with Marlee & Erin Bridwell from TES.  She emphatically told us that Tim & TES are NOT pulling out. Caylee is at the forefront of every TES volunteers heart and they have every intent of continuing their search for her.

Tim is coming home tonight and at the time of the call, Erin didn't have a date for the search but she assures us IT WILL CONTINUE.

I have never lied or misled any of you. Please quit stressing yourself over this search. It will happen. I promise! I have Erin's word on it.

Now, take a deep breath and trust Tim. He won't let us down. If anyone can find Caylee, it will be Tim & TES.

As I said, I was skeptical about Leonard in the beginning. I found him to be very honest and admitted when he was wrong. I truly believe that he cares about this case as much, if not more, than we do here. Remember, this man lost $50,000 on the bond.

He has stated that his source (which I cannot reveal) has confirmed that Lee is the father of Caylee. He has further indicated, and I agree, had this NOT been true, Cindy, Lee & Baez would have been all over this and they haven't. Not a peep out of them. Leonard has stated this on NG, it's been on all the forums and blogs. Nothing has been heard from the Anthony camp.  In fact, it seems like the whole family has disappeared from the media and the front of their house. All of a sudden, Lee hires an attorney and refuses a DNA sample until it is court ordered. Lee is out of sight now too.

I am convinced that Leonard is telling the truth. Everything he has said so far as fact, has proven to be true. This he says is fact. I'm not sure why he would tell the other poster's niece something different. Maybe he just doesn't know her and isn't comfortable.

IIRC, it was because of the request for the DNA. Cindy & George gave theirs but he refused and got an attorney. Had to do it anyway with a court order.

So...Channel 6 News is reporting there will be 6 witnesses tomorrow...one of whom is George.  Is anyone else surprised at this low number of people testifying?  It really made me think that they must have some pretty powerful evidence....much, much more than we are aware of.

FWIW.....I just spoke this AM with person deeply involved with the case....(not LP)...I was told...*there is significant new evidence currently being forensically tested*....this is NEW evidence from the Orange County Crime Division....sorry I can't say more at this time.....but I promise you this info is accurate...Des

Maybe one of the bones that TES found the first search has turned out to be Caylee's, and now when they went back to that area, it is underwater? LE says they can wait, they have enough..........

Two reasons that I find it very difficult to comprehend how Leonard Padilla came to the determination that Lee Anthony is the father of Caylee Marie.  As far as I know NO THER SOURCE has made this claim.

1.  DNA from Cindy, George and Lee was only requested LAST WEEK.
2.  Forensic evident was only ordered LAST WEEK by a judge to be turned over to the defence.

Close Relative Testing (Grand Parent/Uncle/Aunt/Niece Nephew)
There is no difference in the testing procedure between this type of test and paternity (maternity) testing. The only exception is that in order to achieve a reliable accuracy more genetic loci have to be compared. This is because a grand parent shares only 25% of his/her genes with an alleged grand child, uncle and aunt also share 25% of their genes with the alleged nephew/niece.  The number was higher than the 25%. 
IT really is that simple.  If Lee is the father, that's how they knew early on.

I agree there should be a law about reporting a missing child within a few minutes not hours though. I would report my dog missing within one minute if he were missing.

Remember a while ago, Leonard had a "theory" about Caylee falling off Tony's balcony? I believe he mentioned skull fragments. Bloody rags in the dumpster. I haven't heard any more discussion of this and I don't think it would hurt to re-visit this theory. Sounds pretty plausible to me.

Yes Mrs.. That sounds plausible to me to..I do not remember lp saying it but, As much as casey was yacking on the phone and jg saying the thing about caylee on the table. It is very possible she climbed on the railing and fell..Sorry to say but kids fall from windows and balconies more often then i care to think about.

Gotta admit I was wrong in thinking that maybe Cindy would have had a change of tune these last two weeks - we haven't heard much from them since the big evidence dumps have been made public.  I really thought she would have given up the whole charade but she proved me wrong today !!
