He made it sound like it was just thrown out the window of the car.

He also said there is a picture of Caylee in a dress like this.  Tim is unsure if she would wear a size 6 dress tho.  Wish NG would let him finish his sentence!

a TES searcher found an article of clothing similar to what Caylee was wearing at some time. This has been sent off to a lab. It was a dress. Child's size 6 dress.

It was discovered along side a road in a wooded area.

It doesn't seem likely- my grandson who is two wears size three

NG said yes, a 2-3 year old may wear that size, depending on the height of the child.

My daughter was somewhat "chubby" when she was a baby.. but the only thing she would have worn that was perhaps a size 6 was a Hanes t-shirt size XS (that is tight on her now that she is actually 6).  She still swims in some dresses that are size 6.

OK ... Here is what I am thinking ... At the GJ hearing tomorrow ... they will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Caylee is dead ... They will then give Casey the option to cooperate and tell Tim where she is and allow her to be recovered in exchange for not seeking the death penalty ....

I am about 20 pages behind but your theory is a good one.  I have been having this sick feeling all day about Caylee being burned.  Does anyone remember in one of Cindy's interviews with LE she said there was the smell of smoke.  I have just been having these horrible thoughts about what the monster did to this beautiful child.  I also was thinking since we saw some of the pictures last night from the search there was some type of saw found, what if the B-tch dismember the baby and through her remains in different Canals, there would be nothing left to find. 
No matter what happens, Casey will have to answer sooner or later.  God will take care of her!

Remember Reds pictures? The new shovel, the hack blade, a back pack and some large white plastic looking stuff. These seemed to be very significant. Lets work with these tools for a scenario.  I think you are getting close. I remember a poster saying if RED is saying something listen very carefully.

She wasn't large for her age, but the dress could have run small or they bought it a bit bigger so she could grow into it. I did that with my kids.

Caylee was a rather leggy child...so a size 6 could have fit her...but I am thinking it would be rather large for a 3 year old...but it's been a while since I tried to fit a 3 year old in a dress too. However, I can remember my child wearing all sorts of sizes when she was 3 and 4 years old ranging up to a size 6.

I'm also wondering how a 2 year old could wear a size 6 dress.  That doesn't make sense to me.
