THE METS AND THE YANKEES BOTH FINISHED WITH BEST RECORDS IN BASEBALL FOR THE 2006 REGULAR SEASON.  AND THEY ALSO ARE TIED IN THAT RESPECT, WITH IDENTICAL RECORDS.

WAY TO GO NY TEAMS!

He has been looking good, and today I hope he shines!

With our two big guns out Pedro and Orlando EL DUQUE Hernandez due to injury, everyone really needs to step up to the plate....(no pun intended)

I was disappointed the Yankee game was called last night, but they will play today at 1....

If we actually did have a subway series.....I dont think I could contain my excitement!!!!!!!!!!!!! Laughing

#1 Son said he could be going to the game today IF he wasn't scheduled to work a 12 hr shift.  Oh, well.

Wow, that 4 hour wait must have made your boss's (sp?) night, I'm sure.   The game was already in delay when we left to vist Dad.  So, the boss stuck through like a true fan.

But I can't believe they will go down so easily next time...

I hoping for a sweep of the Dodgers tomorrow but baseball is a funny game......so ya never know!

Yep, A's are strong...hubby says if Yanks don't pull the next one out, Joe may be gone next year....
