I pulled an A-1!
should be below the quote:

Quote
The fact that the DA selected George to testify -signifies that they EXPECTED him to tell the truth -- (and is also why Cindy is NOT.)

I'm with you. And no sympathy from me for someone who continues to LIE out of guilt in the guise of love and protection for her daughter Casey. I reserve the right to feel sympathy for Cindy later. But right now, it is not happening.

But I am ready to say to George -- I am sorry for your loss. I am sorry for your losses and I know they are many.

I think the 11 oclock time is symbolic of the eleventh hour.

The eleventh hour is an expression referring to the last moments before a deadline or the imminence of a decisive or "final" moment.

I'm going crazy today, have an insurance guy coming over in about 45 minutes.  I'm sure it will coincide with the GJ decision...will just be my luck.

WHAT IS THE SIGNIFICANCE OF 11AM/PM FROM WHAT GEORGE SAID TO REPORTERS?

Klaas, & I don't know, i think we should be monitoring everything at 11:00 though, that's 45 mins. my time.

Florida time....11am has passed.

I'm just wondering if there is some kind of evidence or testimony that estimates Caylee's time of death at 11am or pm?
I am racking my brain here on this one.  It was significant enough for him to metion those times specifically.
Casey arrived at Baez's just before 11am today.
I am at a loss for ideas here. Maybe 11 for the amount of days Caylee was in the car??

11:18 a.m.: Thanks to all who are posting comments and asking questions. Here are some answers to what several are asking:

/ If the grand jury hands up a true bill to indict, it is likely Casey Anthony would be arrested immediately. She also would be arrested before we all get news of what exactly is in the indictment. It is keep sealed until the person indicted is arrested.

/ Once the arrest is made, a judge reads the charges from the indictment.

/ You likely won’t see transcripts of the testimony until they are made public as part of the discovery process, similar to other evidence and transcripts that have been made public in this case.

Could it possibly be tied to the 11 days that forensics proves she was in the car?

If George was so distraught this time...wonder what he had to tell the GJ?  You notice that Cindy is not being compelled to testify about anything...it seems George volunteered his testimony and I can guarantee you that Cindy will have the hammer out when he gets home. She already knows what he knows and what he is going to say.  George knows if he lies this time he's in jail too.  So I am thinking he talked about the gas cans and what was in the trunk of the car.  Testimony in a GJ proceeding is always pro prosecution. They don't ask for testimony from anyone they think will ruin their chances of an indictment.

for anyone interested -- I received an e-mail reply from David Lohr RE: who found the dress. Take it and proecess it how ever you like.

"It was not an EquuSearch person. It was a member of a search and rescue group that had helped EquuSearch in the first search for Caylee. I know the person who found it, I met them when I was down in Orlando."

bump --

we've been talking a lot about if TES found the dres sor not. So, I thought some monkeys might be interested in what the crime writer said.

thanks....if this person was W he probably planted the dress

I was listening to an audio on Brian's site, talking about when they found the rope..  this was on Oct 5th.  He stated that a team leader for TES said that he wasn't satisfied with the way his own team had searched- not thorough enough I guess?- so Wyatt decided to help them out..

http://briansdreams.com/sosradio/show27.mp3

So basically people helping Tim suck, so Wyatt and his group had to step in.  But at least he was nice enough to wait for TES to bring back their equipment to check the water.

Edited to add: Or perhaps Casey did take Caylee and leave Father's Day night as some of us suspected.  Perhaps 11 pm is the last time Caylee was at the house.

Total speculation...

Rob..(if you are still here)
After hearing all the evidence, does that Grand Jury just take a single vote?  If all the witnesses take an hour we are in for a long day!

They will take one vote of all jurors. They will not be voting on each witness or the testimony on the evidence they each present, but collectively as a whole to the overall charge on murder one.

It will be a majority rule type situation.

Today George released the shackles and became a man.  I won't forget the things he has said and done, but today I will mourn with him.

Justice for Caylee.

hi Snoops!!!

hi snoopy.

You do know George was forced by law to testify, right?

Just checking.

IMO there is a reason George was called and not Cindy or Lee. I don't think they could force him to tell the truth. Even the threat of jail time or death can't force some people to tell the truth. Cindy has no concept of the truth.

I agree...she would have lied and then they would have had to arrest her ....not GOOD!!

Sorry to disagree, but it is my understanding that 12 jurors must agree to return a true bill in Florida.
