 on Fox Live chat some one is saying that the news reports r saying after investigators , testified this morning they went back out to search and found something AND THAT HER ARREST IS IMMINANT.  I cant get all of it , It looks like something on CNN maybe ,,,, Help me out cant keep up with it being said by sweetgayle

I am just going to be honest here. I really do feel bad for George because I truely feel that as a COP he he deep down knows that his grand-daughter is dead. Out of the family he is the one I have felt bad for the most because he really seemed like he was accepting it and everything. JMO

I don't have a clue how this works, but I would assume a lot of child killers (parents/guardians, etc) would admit to neglect, but not murder.. as long as they have enough evidence of murder, wouldn't they go ahead and charge her for that.. and leave it to a trial jury to convict her of a lesser charge?
My understanding is if she pleads guilty to the neglect before the charges for murder are brought, she would be in double jeopardy and not be able to be charged with murder.

Sounds like it's right in the middle and my guess is to address the innocence of his client no matter what the GJ and her father says.  Also to say it's all political.
